Great place to live! The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The property is in a convenient location for LSU students, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Definitely recommend the Villas at Riverbend!

Our washing machine has been broken since November. They gave us a “new” washing machine that is also broken and honestly worse. If you want low maintenance living at a good price this is not the place for you. Rent is way too high for the state of the kitchen and household appliances. I have directly contacted the office multiple times vie phone call, text, and email to no avail. I do not have time to hound their office in person as a student with a job. Do not live here if you are a broke and busy college student. If you have a lot of time on your hands and money to burn this place my be for you.

I’ve had a great experience at the Villas at Riverbend. The community is well maintained, the staff is helpful, and the location is perfect for getting to LSU. Overall, a great and comfortable place to live!

I’ve lived here for 2 semesters now and I have resigned with them. The leasing center staff are very helpful and maintenance is very quick to fix whatever problems you might have. Great place to live and the villa floor plans are very nice and there was surprisingly a lot of space. Definitely a go to apartment complex in Baton Rouge.

Do not move to this place. They bring you through a walk in a very nice clean apartment with newly painted walls and everything is immaculate. Don’t be fooled. Even the office area is very clean and up to date. When you actually move in,, the place is horrible. We have been fighting them for two months on maintenance issues and nothing is being done. Appliances are garbage, old carpet that has not been cleaned, and worst of all they evidently don’t have an exterminator. Roaches, bees, and wasp nest everywhere. They can’t even get a water meter fixed which is leaking constantly. We are in a lease with them and fighting to get what we are paying for!!!!
