The Villas at Riverbend, baton-rouge-la

I’ve lived here for 2 semesters now and I have resigned with them. The leasing center staff are very helpful and maintenance is very quick to fix whatever problems you might have. Great place to live and the villa floor plans are very nice and there was surprisingly a lot of space. Definitely a go to apartment complex in Baton Rouge.

The villas is what every student housing should be. Very safe, reliable, enjoyable. The very large living spaces makes the housing experience feel more like home. I would 100% recommend living at the villas!

Our washing machine has been broken since November. They gave us a “new” washing machine that is also broken and honestly worse. If you want low maintenance living at a good price this is not the place for you. Rent is way too high for the state of the kitchen and household appliances. I have directly contacted the office multiple times vie phone call, text, and email to no avail. I do not have time to hound their office in person as a student with a job. Do not live here if you are a broke and busy college student. If you have a lot of time on your hands and money to burn this place my be for you.

I’ve been attempting to get an issue resolved with my daughter’s account. I have been told I would receive calls back and emails from Copeland and nothing is being done. I have had to call several times and he is always conveniently in a meeting. The new management company is the absolute worst. I will be reaching out to corporate. DO NOT LEASE HERE

10/10 place to live. The houses r so spacious with a rlly nice layout. The ppl who work there are the absolute best and very helpful. We are in a 3x3 and we wish we had lived there sooner!! A quick commute to campus and the community feels safe. Fun events at the clubhouse too. Wish I needed to do a 5th year just so I don’t have to leave the villas.
