I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartments are clean, the amenities are well maintained, and the location is very convenient for students. The staff has always been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. A special thank you to Gia McNab, who was especially helpful throughout the process. She was professional, kind, and made everything much easier from start to finish. Overall, I’d definitely recommend these student apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive place to live.

I have lived at Park Place for almost two years now, and my experience has been great! Halle Harris, who works at the front desk, has truly made a difference during my time here. I am beyond grateful for her. She always has a smile on her face and is ready to help anyone who walks into the office. Whether she’s handing out packages or assisting with an issue, she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Halle has made my Park Place experience even more enjoyable, and I can’t thank her enough for all that she does!

I have lived at The Grayson for a year now and I've loved it! The place has an awesome location, great amenities, and the customer service is amazing. Maintenance requests get done really fast which is great, and the staff is the best! Gia has been really helpful whenever I have any questions or need help. Recommend!!

I have had an amazing experience at Park Place! The staff is very friendly and professional, and everything goes very smoothly from start to finish. I want to especially give a shout out to Caroline because she is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of and made the experience even better.
