I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartments are clean, the amenities are well maintained, and the location is very convenient for students. The staff has always been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. A special thank you to Gia McNab, who was especially helpful throughout the process. She was professional, kind, and made everything much easier from start to finish. Overall, I’d definitely recommend these student apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive place to live.

Lived here a year and wouldn't recommend it. The lease runs over 40 pages and is full of clauses that strip away standard renter protections. Unexpected fees show up on your account and are very difficult to dispute once they land. Security was the bigger concern. Exterior doors were routinely left unlocked, letting anyone reach an apartment door unauthorized, and the mailroom is a single shared room where any package is easy to take. I had property stolen and filed a police report, but management wouldn't review their own footage unless the police contacted them directly. For the price, it's not worth it unless you use the amenities constantly. Staff were kind, but policy left them unable to help most of the time. The location and furniture were the only real positives. Read the entire lease carefully before signing

I have lived at Park Place for almost two years now, and my experience has been great! Halle Harris, who works at the front desk, has truly made a difference during my time here. I am beyond grateful for her. She always has a smile on her face and is ready to help anyone who walks into the office. Whether she’s handing out packages or assisting with an issue, she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Halle has made my Park Place experience even more enjoyable, and I can’t thank her enough for all that she does!

I have lived at The Grayson for a year now and I've loved it! The place has an awesome location, great amenities, and the customer service is amazing. Maintenance requests get done really fast which is great, and the staff is the best! Gia has been really helpful whenever I have any questions or need help. Recommend!!

I lived at Park Place for two years and absolutely loved my experience! The amenities were top tier and were great for bonding with friends. The staff was always kind and supportive, especially Gia McNab who would always go an extra step to ensure residents were satisfied with any inquiry and their experience in park place as a whole!!
