Campus Crossings on Highland, baton-rouge-la

I just toured today with my roommate today the apartments are very nice. You get your money’s worth out of this place. Jovan was the one who toured us. If you are thinking about touring please ask for him. Very professional, kind and goes through every single detail of the complex, amenities and apartments. All in all the tour was great and this would genuinely be a great place to stay if you are looking for something close to campus.

Actually terrible. I didn't mind living there, but stuff did seem to always go out. Like wifi or the air didn't work well in the summertime so it was 80 in your apartment but the air was on 70. The worst was the move out. They over charge prices to fix things and then do not contact you back when you try to dispute the charge. For example, they wanted me to pay $75 to fix ONE set of blinds. Those blinds they get are cheap from walmart that only cost maybe $25 MAX. And then when I emailed them to talk to someone to dispute it, magically the phone doesn't work. I called 5 times and left emails but got nothing in return. They are literally only money hungry and that showed.

My son and his friend are looking for a college apartment. His friend loved the apartment here. So we took a chance and went in. We walked in and Javon was so welcoming! He took his time with us as if we had an appointment.

Came to tour these apartments and Javon, our tour guide, was amazing. He gave us all the information we needed and got us in and out. Didn’t really have to ask any additional questions. Will be the #1 option especially due to the convenience of being able to walk to campus.
