DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE. I am genuinely so sick of this apartment. I had 2 leaks in my ceiling, both during different periods of management. Old management got a wet vac set up and replaced the carpet, new management cut a hole in the middle of my ceiling left a big industrial fan in my room for DAYS. No compensation, no communication, no NOTHING. I couldn’t even sleep in my room because it smelled like mildew, as well as chemicals and the fan was so loud. I was trying to give new management a chance as I know this apartment is rickity but I am at my breaking point. Their poor communication happens time and time again. There’s been multiple times where the fire alarm has gone off in the middle of the night, and we receive no email about it apologizing for it or addressing it. Once happening during exam week. The stair wells are constantly dirty, grimy dead fruit fly and cob web infested because they don’t clean them ever. The front elevator has genuinely been broken for 3 months. The apartment floods in the hallways and they just let the water sit there for days, don’t vacuum it up or anything. They have multiple holes in the cieling through out the apartment. The back trash chute has been broken as well for over a month and there is trash and flies collecting over there. The only good thing about this place is that it’s right next to campus, but they only keep up with the leasing office and the outside area there. Everything else is severely neglected.

I was a door dasher who was lost in the complex trying to find my customer . I was really frustrated at first but after running into the maintenance main Damien . He was so helpful and patient. He even drove his Car to make sure I found the correct building and apartment . After his help my day became so much better . Thanks Damien !

I’ve lived at this apartment for a while and the rent is constantly increasing with no change happening in the apartments what so ever. Maintenance is slow or they never come, you may as well not put a work order in. The employees are always lost and have no viable explanation when you ask questions they should know and it’s always an “unfortunate” situation. The last owners made it worth while, they were understanding and accommodating when problems occurred. I DO NOT recommend living here, it’s messy, it’s not worth paying almost $900 if there are no changes happening. There are constant renovations but none for the tenants living areas.

I had previously left a good review. I’m taking that review back. New management is just as bad as old. The entire apartment is falling apart. There are holes in the ceilings, the staircase constantly stinks and is leaking. The people at the front desk are rude And will judge you for something simple as getting a package. They’re quick to bang on your door And Leave you a fine. I miss old management at least they were in hard asses About every single thing

I won’t say I recommend this place to live, but I’m commenting this because I just want to say that new management is doing a great job and I’m excited to see the new improvements. The old team left this place a mess. I had four work orders put in and no one would come and help The elevators were both broken. The gates were broken and now they’re all fixed. I had no Wi-Fi in my room for six months the old manager, Miss Nikki lied to me and my family and said that Cox came in and told them they couldn’t do anything about it. I finally have new Wi-Fi Thanks to the new management. If you’re thinking about living here and reading old comments, I’d say try it out for yourself because the new management is doing a pretty good job of fixing this place up.
