As a current resident, the maintenance here is shocking: • No Hot Water for 2 days without any notice. Essential service failure. • The building elevator is never fixed and constantly out of order. • It took one full month to repair water damage to my ceiling. Management shows a complete lack of concern for tenant well-being. Do not rent here. do not trust the 5 star review. they don’t live here
