Stafford Apartments, baltimore-md

I lived in the Stafford Apartments for two years during my graduate study in the area. While the building is old and has some small wrinkles that come from that, my overall experience was a positive one. I had a spacious apartment, never had any big maintenance issues, and Christine is a particularly excellent and kind property manager. What issues and questions I did have she always worked hard to resolve and was friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, would recommend this complex, particularly for local students.

Having rented a couple apartments at The Stafford over the past few years, I have always found the staff and management to be very responsive, helpful, and professional. In particular, Christine and Tai have gone above and beyond (assisting with a lockout on the weekend, dealing with moving issues, etc) compared to other apartment complexes I have dealt with in the past. Yes, it is an old building but it has charm and the plus is all utilities are included in the price so you don’t have to deal with all sorts of bills. Friendly atmosphere.

My first stay at the Stafford, while possessing a few hiccups, turned around for the better! I anticipated the few issues that occurred since it is a building of antiquity. However, Christine and Tai handled every issue with grace and patience. As a student with a rigorous schedule it’s imperative that my living conditions be decent enough to focus on my studies, and the property managers made it just that, from Tai making sure my e-mails reached corporate to Christine making personal calls to my phone, guiding me through maintenance requests. I couldn’t ask for a better team of property managers. Thank you Christine and Tai!

Amazing and affordable place to live in Mount Vernon. Christine, the property manager is really helpful with everything and makes sure to resolve any maintenance request you have within 24 hours. She makes sure to give prompt building updates to everyone and is always available if you need anything. Rest of the staff including Tai are very friendly and respectful!

The Stafford is a beautiful, historical apartment. The people who work in The Stafford are my favorite part of the building. As is typical with older apartments, there have been some issues with leaks and hot water, but the staff are very quick to resolve all issues. Especially Christine and John. They are superstars and will get anything fixed, repaired, taken care of ASAP. I loved living in the Stafford and miss the community in the building everyday. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking in Baltimore!
