Villas at Shadow Oaks, austin-tx

Living here has truly been an amazing experience from the moment I arrived. Moving from Florida to Texas was a huge adjustment for me, and finding a place that genuinely feels like home was something I struggled with at first. Thanks to the incredible staff here, that feeling came naturally. Britni has been absolutely outstanding & always professional, efficient, responsive, and willing to help with any questions or concerns I’ve had. Shray has been just as amazing, consistently showing kindness, patience, and dedication to the residents. Their communication and customer service deserve recognition because they truly go above and beyond. I also have to give a huge thank you to the maintenance team. They are quick, friendly, respectful, and always make sure things are handled properly. It’s rare to find a maintenance staff that works this hard while still making residents feel comfortable and valued. Overall, this apartment community has exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff genuinely cares, and for the first time since relocating, I can honestly say I feel at home here. That means more than words can explain. If your looking for a sign to move in, let this be the one 🫶🏼

Honestly I highly recommend living here the two front desk ladies are amazing when I have any concerns or even just calling when a package was delivered unexpectedly and they go and put it in my apartment for me. They are always friendly and when any maintenance concerns I put in they get taken care of immediately, by far the best place to live in Austin and I will highly recommend, very peaceful and no drama and having a security who guards nightly to ensure safety. Rent is affordable and no crazy expenses that they try and hide from you and always let you know when changes are happening.

This used to be a very nice and peaceful place. I've lived here for almost four years. Recently, some people moved in who seem like homeless people. They leave trash everywhere, clothes on the ground, dog food, and bags of mulch—a total mess. I think they're even urinating in the parking lot because it smells so bad. They need to look into this; everything here looks terrible.

I’m still enjoying living at Villas at Shadow Oaks. It’s a great place to live with a friendly atmosphere and a responsive team. The service staff handles requests quickly, and the leasing office is always helpful and prompt in answering any questions. I also really appreciate the many community events they organize — it makes the neighborhood feel welcoming and connected. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I’m happy to still be living here.

I have lived here for one year and I have seen improvements, still waiting for better lighting for security reasons. I will say that I am very impressed that they now have a very professional security guard. He walks the nights with a very powerful flash light, I see him checking the pool, along with the hidden areas. I met him, his name is Hobert, very well spoken, knowledgeable about crimes in the area. I do feel much safer with him here. Thank you for that!!
