Living here has truly been an amazing experience from the moment I arrived. Moving from Florida to Texas was a huge adjustment for me, and finding a place that genuinely feels like home was something I struggled with at first. Thanks to the incredible staff here, that feeling came naturally. Britni has been absolutely outstanding & always professional, efficient, responsive, and willing to help with any questions or concerns I’ve had. Shray has been just as amazing, consistently showing kindness, patience, and dedication to the residents. Their communication and customer service deserve recognition because they truly go above and beyond. I also have to give a huge thank you to the maintenance team. They are quick, friendly, respectful, and always make sure things are handled properly. It’s rare to find a maintenance staff that works this hard while still making residents feel comfortable and valued. Overall, this apartment community has exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff genuinely cares, and for the first time since relocating, I can honestly say I feel at home here. That means more than words can explain. If your looking for a sign to move in, let this be the one 🫶🏼

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment. The location is very convenient, the property is clean and well maintained. The staff has been amazing, they go above and beyond, and very quick to help whenever there’s an issue or question. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the team truly cares about the residents. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to live in Austin. I sincerely appreciate the lady at the front office for making my move-in process such a smooth and stress-free experience. She was kind, helpful, and her support made a big difference. To the maintenance crew you are awesome.

Honestly I highly recommend living here the two front desk ladies are amazing when I have any concerns or even just calling when a package was delivered unexpectedly and they go and put it in my apartment for me. They are always friendly and when any maintenance concerns I put in they get taken care of immediately, by far the best place to live in Austin and I will highly recommend, very peaceful and no drama and having a security who guards nightly to ensure safety. Rent is affordable and no crazy expenses that they try and hide from you and always let you know when changes are happening.

Been here for almost a month living on my own for the first time and I can say its been nothing short of excellence for me and my dog. From the time I was first touring the apartment and going through all my options with Shray to the consistent communication I recieved from beginning to end. I believe I can be hard to deal with, I ask alot of questions go through alot of details and question everything I can and do as much research as possible before going through a decision. And I can say everyone here from Shray to Brittany answered everything I needed and more. This is an awesome place to live with a great community and amazing amenities. If your in the market for an apartment I would call up this spot and ask for Shray, they'll take care of you!

I’m still enjoying living at Villas at Shadow Oaks. It’s a great place to live with a friendly atmosphere and a responsive team. The service staff handles requests quickly, and the leasing office is always helpful and prompt in answering any questions. I also really appreciate the many community events they organize — it makes the neighborhood feel welcoming and connected. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I’m happy to still be living here.
