Overpriced and Terrible Management Don't let the nice pictures fool you. The staff is only friendly until you sign the lease, after which they become rude and unsupportive. The amenities—like the rooftop grill—rarely work, and with only 1 or 2 out of 8 elevators working at a time, the wait times are ridiculous. Packages are constantly lost, and management does absolutely nothing to fix these problems. For the premium price you pay, this place is completely worthless.

THE WORSE MANAGEMENT: Maybe get off making your Insta reels and start focusing on your residents. Graduation was a nightmare. Air filters never changed. Amenities always taken over by randoms. Management is ran by college students, that should say enough. Don’t even get me started with this Walmart security team they have going on. Absolutely sad how downhill this place has gone. This place is the new Standard. DO NOT SIGN HERE unless you want to hate “your new home”. False advertisement, this isn’t home this is a below average complex. Not to mention, there’s also a creep roaming around this place making residents so uncomfortable. Yet they don’t care. They continue to take my review down but this needs to stay up. It’s the TRUTH

I had the pleasure of meeting Tony, one of the maintenance workers here at Union on 24th, and honestly, he made my whole day. From the moment we talked, his energy was uplifting—such a positive, genuine, and wholesome guy. You can tell right away that he takes pride in what he does and is always ready to lend a hand. Tony doesn’t just do his job—he goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of. What a legend. People like Tony are rare, and Union is lucky to have him on the team!

I went into union and asked them to send me a parking application since I am living there next year and the guy working said he had sent it right then and there and I could fill it out later. I checked every folder in my mail for the application and realized it was never delivered to me, so I called them a couple days later and they said they would send the application to me later that day by 6pm. Once again, it was never sent as promised and I called a couple days after that stating my concerns. They said they would send it later that day and never did. I stopped trying for a week to see if maybe they were just behind on their tasks. The answer was no. I called a week later and they said they are all sold out of parking now, after I tried to get a spot for weeks when they weren’t sold out. Now I have to find a new spot to park my car and probably pay a way worse price. They also were very unapologetic and unhelpful when I expressed that I had called many times before that prior to them selling out. This was horrible customer service.

Management here is absolutely horrible. Do not sign here under any circumstances. Living here has been an absolute nightmare. If you enjoy random fees, being overcharged on rent, and getting zero support from management, then sure, go ahead and move in. Otherwise, save yourself the headache. They literally placed a random roommate in our unit without our permission. The call box system was broken for almost the entire year. The rooftop grills don’t even work. And when it comes to maintenance, they refuse to fix even the smallest issues, especially anything in the kitchen. On top of that, the walls are basically made of cardboard. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Management is completely incompetent and impossible to deal with. The moment you bring up any valid concern, they start hiding behind fake legal-sounding jargon instead of actually fixing the problem. It’s beyond frustrating and honestly feels like they’re more focused on covering themselves than helping residents.
