As a future resident of The Standard, I want to mention how helpful Vanessa has been with answering questions I had regarding parking and a couple things within my lease. Her personality is great and seriously made me feel comfortable enough to ask everything I had a concern about. Very excited to live here soon!

Vanessa was extremely informative throughout the entire apartment tour process. She took the time to show me several different floor plans, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood the features and amenities each apartment offered. She was very friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciated her patience and willingness to help me find the best option for my needs. I would highly recommend working with Vanessa to anyone looking for a new apartment.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Vanessa! She helped me over the phone with all of my questions regarding my lease and the lease transfer process. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Vanessa took the time to explain everything clearly, making what could have been a stressful process feel simple and easy to understand. She was so sweet, professional, and willing to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed. It's rare to receive such genuine customer service, and Vanessa truly went above and beyond. Merritt made my apartment tour an incredible experience. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to answer all of my questions. Hearing about her own experience living in the community gave me confidence and made the tour feel authentic. Her professionalism and positive attitude are a big reason I’m excited to sign my lease. If you tour here, definitely ask for Merritt!

ZERO STARS! DO NOT RENT HERE!! We have had nothing but issues since we moved in. Day 1 of move in, the apartment was disgusting. There were splatter marks all over the walls in every room, the patio had cups and cigarette butts all over, the entry walls and baseboards are soaked, have large water marks and water damage to include mold. We asked for someone to come assist and they stated the apartment comes as is. The cabinets were missing pegs and shelves were falling or couldn't be used. Again we asked for pegs and they again stated the apartment comes as is. We were "guaranteed" a pool table because we paid for a premium room. Instead of a pool table, we got a dining room table that looks like it's about to fall apart. I went down to talk to management and the "Customer Service" Manager wouldn't even look up at me when I was talking to her. She continued to look at her computer and state that they never guarantee anything and I was out of luck. Lastly, we paid for a reserved parking pass. EVERYDAY another car has been in the reserved spot. Once again, after asking management for help, they stated that they would "try" to find the person and we could park elsewhere. We didn't pay for an elsewhere spot. We paid for a reserved spot. Not to mention we pay almost $2000 for a room with 4 other people in it. Not cheap. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!
