I have truly loved my experience at The Standard Austin and am sad to see it come to an end. The entire team is incredibly kind, professional, and always looking for ways to help. Every interaction has been positive, and it’s clear that everyone genuinely cares about creating the best possible experience for the people who walk through the doors. I especially want to shout out Shannon. She is always quick to respond, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything runs smoothly. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond never go unnoticed, and she consistently makes people feel heard and valued. The Standard Austin has an amazing team, and the people truly make the difference. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live with a staff that is welcoming, responsive, and truly cares about its residents.

As a future resident of The Standard, I want to mention how helpful Vanessa has been with answering questions I had regarding parking and a couple things within my lease. Her personality is great and seriously made me feel comfortable enough to ask everything I had a concern about. Very excited to live here soon!

Shannon is so rude and unresponsive. First the fire at the Mark now the messed up rooms at the Standard. Avoid Landmark Properties at all costs. Addressing the response: I have contacted the management team, multiple times. No phones are answers, no emails are answered, but sure you can reply to a google review in 2 hours. How about you respond to my emails and calls first instead of pretending like you care on a google review response. How about YOU reach out to me first? Ridiculous experience living here, and this is before I even get to move in. As soon as you sign that predatory contract, every question or concern is met with "you signed a contract, kick rocks".

This property is absolutely beautiful! I recently visited as a student looking for housing, and I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. I was greeted by Merritt, who was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond in answering all of my questions. During the tour, every staff member I encountered was friendly, and the community itself was stunning. If you’re looking for a place to live in West Campus Austin, The Standard is definitely worth checking out.

Im a college student looking for a place to live for next year and super unfamiliar with the area and how everything works. Talked to Salma and she was GENUINELY such a joy. Incredibly helpful and welcoming! I asked so many questions, and she was thrilled to answer them all. If living here is anything like talking with her, I’d highly recommend; it was a phenomenal experience!!
