The Quarters on Campus, austin-tx

The process of trying to find off campus housing for my daughter was long and stressful, but our leasing agent helped make the process much more manageable. Nick was extremely understanding and patient with us. I recommend anyone looking for housing at the quarters to reach out to Nick.

No pest issues, very minimal maintenance issues in the 2 years i've lived here (that also got fixed promptly). large windows in every room, spacious and super close to campus. will be renewing to live here for my 3rd year because of my positive experience!

I lived here all four years of my undergrad and it was perfect! I had so much space to study and I didn’t have to worry about going to a gym far from my apartment. Nick was my leasing agent and always helped with any worries i had each time I renewed my lease.

Moved into the Grayson house after The Mark kicked hundreds of us out of our apartments. Michael King saved my roommates and I. We were able to find an apartment with his help and he helped us move through the signing process as fast as possible. He made sure our apartment was fully clean and ready for us to move in, even went above and beyond and got a TV for our living room after hearing us be disappointed about not having one. We are still getting settled but our experience has been overall positive, especially because of Michael’s help.

I had an amazing experience touring the apartments with Katelyn G! She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire tour.
