The Quarters on Campus, austin-tx

I lived at both Quarters Sterling and Grayson during my years at UT (furnished and unfurnished)! Never had any pest issues and maintenance team was great at responding promptly to any filed concerns. The management team was also super helpful in writing me a reference letter for my post-graduate apartment applications.

My first week at QuartersonCampus Nueces House: Positives: 1. The admin/leasing team is super friendly and hospitable. Helped us with all our questions and made it feel like home. Special shout out to Josh Gray and Michael King for being very hospitable and helpful. 2. We love the large bedroom size and maintained amenities especially the swimming pool. Keep it up. 3. The location is perfect, walking distance from UT campus and close to so many restaurants. Improvements: 1. The only improvement area I feel is Parking. The parking fee of $162/m is very high. As residents we are able to park on floor 4 and above. Plus the the garage to my surprise is always fully packed and we mostly find empty spaces only floor 8 or above in the evenings. One side of the garage elevators dont work so you have to walk around the garage. If admin is reading this, please open lower floors (1-3) to residents and make all the elevators operations. Also if you can number the parking spaces that will be super helpful to find the car on our way back.

The process of trying to find off campus housing for my daughter was long and stressful, but our leasing agent helped make the process much more manageable. Nick was extremely understanding and patient with us. I recommend anyone looking for housing at the quarters to reach out to Nick.

No pest issues, very minimal maintenance issues in the 2 years i've lived here (that also got fixed promptly). large windows in every room, spacious and super close to campus. will be renewing to live here for my 3rd year because of my positive experience!

I lived here all four years of my undergrad and it was perfect! I had so much space to study and I didn’t have to worry about going to a gym far from my apartment. Nick was my leasing agent and always helped with any worries i had each time I renewed my lease.
