It's relatively cheap compared to other places, and the maintenance is quick to fix things. You get a decent place for the money you pay. Personally I like the apartment layout and lobby areas. I like that they added an amazon locker system. Washer and dryer seem to be possessed as they are very loud and literally shake around when set to medium spin speed. Hallways smell like weed but I guess that's not their fault.

For student housing, The Quarters-Grayson House provided a comfortable living experience for me during 2022-2024. Grayson House units have been modernized-stainless steel appliances. I had a studio apt, and had enough space, decent size kitchen for the space, dishwasher, w/d, and the restroom was a good size. From the application process Lauren answered all my questions and concerns in a timely and friendly manner. Moving-in process was easy, as well as the move out process. I have a physical disability and lived on the 7th floor, because of my disability it was very important to always have 1 out of 2 elevators in the building working. During my two years at Grayson, Jeremy the maintenance manager was attentive to ensuring one elevator always worked and all my maintenance request and questions were always completed in a timely manner. Rachel Kadish-leasing manager also answered all my concerns. All the staff I interacted with either by email, phone, or in person were nice and efficient. The common study areas are really nice, and cleaning personnel do constantly clean. The gym area located on the second floor of the office building, is spacious and clean. In my two years, I only had one problem with a package once, but package are secure in the mailbox area, and there's also Amazon lockers. I enjoyed living at Grayson House during my graduate school experience. Nearby bus stops, and can't beat the location of West Campus with proximity to UT.

I don't have any complaints except the walls are so thin and nothing is soundproof. If you live on the first floor, you can hear everything from the courtyard and lobby.

Horrible place to live. The stove broke in the first week moving in; the vent does not vent but just inhales and dumps the same air into the same space; cheap floor; cheap paint; poor management; maintenance takes forever; overpriced; security does not exist here. Overall, stay away from this place. They just want ur money and once they got it, they abandon you!

Never had a roach problem and hardly had any other bug problems. Things get fixed quickly. Only issue was that one of the elevators just didn’t work for several months on end.
