The Mercury, austin-tx

We toured their complex last week. It's a beautiful place with amazing front desk staff. I think Megan? helped us, and she was wonderful. We didn't have an appointment and showed up almost at closing time. The unit we were interested in was already leased earlier that day, but Megan still showed us around the building and some other units we might like. She was so kind, calm, and helpful. We might or might not end up moving in here (since the available units are not an exact fit), but we had a great experience anyway. And Megan (she's the only staff there on weekends, in case I have the name wrong) made it a wonderful experience.

I had a great experience with the team at Mercury Apartments. When I had an issue with my AC, they responded incredibly quickly and had everything taken care of right away. The staff was professional, understanding, and genuinely cared about resolving the problem as efficiently as possible. It's reassuring to know that maintenance requests are handled promptly and with such great customer service. I really appreciate their responsiveness and would definitely recommend Mercury Apartments to anyone looking for a place where the management truly cares about their residents.

I don't have enough words to express how much I love this community, but I'm going to try. I've been here for over two months now, and continue to fall more and more in love with my life here each and every day. When searching for an apartment in Austin, I toured more than ten properties, but I kept coming back to The Mercury (literally). I visited three separate times to see different units as I kept changing my mind, and the team was always flexible, patient, communicative, and kind throughout the entire process. On move-in day, I received an unexpected call with some difficult family news and broke down in the leasing office. David, the building manager, offered me a sincere hug that I truly needed, and the team went above and beyond by sending cookies to my door. At a moment when I desperately wanted to be back home in PA, the irony of moving into a new apartment and being shown that I already had a true home here at The Mercury was incredibly comforting. It was in that bittersweet moment that I knew I had made the right choice by living here. The entire team is exceptional. From David, to Megan and Mackenzie in leasing, to Juan, Alfonso, and the rest of the maintenance crew, everyone is so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. I find myself going downstairs often just to catch up with them! The events this team puts together are unmatched - themed happy hours, goat yoga, karaoke nights, parties, and so much more. The amenities are beautiful, well-maintained, and are all new. I'm so grateful to call The Mercury home, and I plan to do so for a long time to come. I truly can't recommend this place enough... clearly :)

My partner and I have lived here since December and everything has been great. We sold our house here in Austin and decided to go back to renting for a bit. I like The Mercury because the apartments feel more like homes. We leased a 2/2 with a view of downtown. Megan was great with our move in process. Everything was super easy.

I would much rather live in a cardboard box and burn my money in front of the leasing office. I traveled from out of state to tour this property and had a tour scheduled prior to my trip. We were running early and called ahead to see if they had any earlier availability but was told there was a tour scheduled before ours. We showed up 10 minutes before our appointment and waited at the leasing desk. Poked our head towards the community space and assumed they were still on a tour. The time of our appointment came, 15 minutes later, 30 minutes later and there was still no one at the desk. FINALLY after 30+ minutes of waiting for our scheduled tour an agent finally arrived with another tour and told us to move from the leasing desk. He didn’t ask who we were or if we had a tour. Just to move. The Mercury is supposed to be a premium property and charges for it. To not have my time valued and bluntly told to move instead of acknowledging us as a potential client was extremely unprofessional. I do hope management sees this and corrects the behavior of their team. A property that looks good on paper but stay away, there is better in the area where people actually care and want your business.
