Regents West at 26th, austin-tx

Our son lived at Regents West at 26th for three years while attending UT Austin, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The management team was always courteous, professional, and responsive, making the entire leasing process and his time there worry-free. The maintenance staff was outstanding; they responded quickly and kept his unit and the property in great condition. It was reassuring to know our son was living in a well-managed community while he focused on his studies. He recently graduated from UT Austin, and we're grateful that Regents West at 26th was such a positive part of his college experience. We highly recommend it to any student or parent looking for quality housing near campus!

Good location and distance to campus for walking/biking. The unit was well-kept when we arrived and maintenance responded to requests quickly. Shoutout to Kai in the front office for helping me out whenever I had questions.

Just have to vent. Been here all of three weeks and the WiFi has gone out at least twice a week. And these are not short WiFi outages either where it goes down for a couple of minutes these outages go on for HOURS like 7+ hours. Currently having a 12 hour outage as we speak! Very frustrating for students who during the summer are doing internships and summer courses, not only that when the WiFi is out so is the gate to the garage so they just leave it open which is a huge safety risk. So frustrated !!!

DO NOT live here. Is it possible to give 0 stars? This apartment complex does not protect you or your items. In the past three months, my vehicle has been broken into twice, Items have been stolen $500+. You can guess that management did/does nothing to make sure that where you live is actually safe and secure even though you pay a ridiculous amount in rent every month for a ROOM. Front office people Have no clue what to do in any circumstance that Your car does get broken into. Do not live here. I’m moving out after This lease is up. I’m sick of not being heard, I’m sick of there being no solutions to try and stop the ongoing theft. Also, the way that they do payments is incredibly dumb, It almost feels like they’re robbing you of your money because they forget to charge you For parking for months and guess what now your rent goes up an extra $300. If you like your sanity and Want to make Your apartment feel like a home? Do not live here. You will have endless headaches, Frustrating talks With management And guess what? The second elevator doesn’t work either! Plus the fire alarm goes off multiple times and doesn’t turn off until the Fire department comes! We are regulars with Austin FD! They even have complained on this complex! To highlight anything about this apartment complex is the maintenance, they are on the ball, and Definitely need to be Paid more because they do much more for the property than the front office people. Again, do not live here, Please do not make the same mistake I did. Save yourself money and live somewhere else that doesn’t have Repetitive Crimes. Also getting packages sucks! They do not put it in your box right away! Good luck getting your mail! Do NOT LIVE HERE!!!

These apartments are nice! The units are big, it is pretty quiet, and the staff are really friendly. Would totally recommend!
