Absolutely love living at Regents West at 24th. The staff is always knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. The apartments are also very nice and offered at a more affordable price than most west campus apartments. The location is excellent and parking/amenities are awesome! Highly recommend living here! Super cool view of DT from the rooftop.

The Regents is truly the place to be in West Campus. From touring and applying to moving in, living there, and eventually moving out, the team is there to support you every step of the way. Their customer service is exceptional, and they consistently go above and beyond to help residents. While the community is smaller than some other apartment complexes in the area, I actually see that as a major advantage. I never had to deal with large-building issues, and the property always felt well-managed. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and has often addressed requests within an hour. The property is also very safe, clean, and well-maintained. I lived at The Regents during both my sophomore and now again for my senior year (this upcoming year) and had a great experience each time. They frequently offer great specials, and the units are surprisingly spacious for the price. Overall, I would highly recommend The Regents to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-managed place to live in West Campus.

Regents West @ 24th has honestly been such a great experience! The location is unbeatable, especially if you want to be close to everything while still having a comfortable place to come home to. As a parent with one student currently residing at RW24 and another who just signed a lease, I've been very happy. It's convenient to campus, safe and the apartments are pretty nice for a college apartment and affordable. The staff is also easy to work with and helpful. Special shout out to Regina and Mason who have been helping my soon-to-be second Regents West resident!
