I’ve lived here for the past year and truly love it. As soon as my roommate and I were able to re-sign, we did it immediately. We’ve loved everything about living here. Maintenance is incredible — they are the nicest guys ever and always so quick and efficient whenever we put in a request. The front desk staff is also consistently kind, helpful, and welcoming. It makes such a difference living somewhere where the staff genuinely cares. Our unit has been in great condition since move-in and has stayed that way. The gym is amazing and always super clean, which I really appreciate. The elevators have only had one issue the entire time I’ve lived here, and other than that, we really haven’t had problems with anything. I genuinely love living here and truly think it’s the best bang for your buck in West Campus. I would absolutely recommend it.

Love living here! Apartment is spacious compared to normal west campus apartments and love the furniture. Maintenance is quick and I’ve never had any issues getting things fixed in a timely manner. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and I’m so glad I get to live here again next year!

Our door handle has been broken for over a month with no fix in sight despite repeated follow-ups. Management keeps stalling while we pay rent on time without fail. This is not just inconvenient, it is a safety hazard. Someone I know had a genuinely scary situation because of this broken door. Basic maintenance and tenant safety should be a priority. Completely unacceptable.

From the tour I could tell the place is nicely furnished, have great amenities, and it is reasonably priced. Andy helped us so much and she was super sweet and friendly. We could definitely tell she was very knowledgeable. I would recommend asking her for help!

Have lived here for 2 years and one of the nicer calmer apartments in west campus. Quick and attentive maintenance and management!
