Moontower, austin-tx

Praiya gave my daughter and me an excellent tour of Moontower. She was delightful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. What stood out most was how well she understood not only the building, but also the West Campus area, the sports scene, and what college life at Moontower could actually feel like. She really helped my daughter feel comfortable and at ease, which meant a lot. The location is hard to beat for UT Austin students, with easy access to campus, restaurants, and West Campus life. The amenities were also impressive, especially the rooftop pool, fitness spaces, yoga/spin studios, and jumbotron terrace. The furnished units felt modern and practical, with nice touches like the smart TV, faux-hardwood floors, and quartz countertops. Overall, Praiya made the experience feel welcoming, informative, and low-pressure. She represented Moontower extremely well.

I’ve currently been in the midst of a search for a new apartment in West Campus, I’m a third year student here at UT but have been wanting a change, Cloe gave me a tour and was so welcoming right off the bat and made me very comfortable going forward to ask any questions. She was able to answer all of them and much more. I enjoyed speaking with her and appreciated her service, I am looking forward to this potential option.

Great place to live! Amenities are great and location is super close to campus and many good places. I’ve also called a lot of leasing offices looking for information on places and the person I spoke to Praiya was the best experience I’ve had by far. She’s knows what’s she’s talking about, super informative and kind. She’s definitely the girl you want to talk to there!

Moontower at Austin has been such a great experience! The property is beautiful, well maintained, and in such a convenient location. I also want to give a special shoutout to Cloe. She has been incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. She made the process feel easy and answered everything with patience and professionalism. You can tell she genuinely cares about residents and their experience. Highly recommend Moontower!

I have never written a review before, but I felt I needed to say something here. While it’s a pretty great location, the people who run moontower are very disorganized. Also, they will start doing remodels at random times during the year so then you can’t use the amenities that you are paying for. We haven’t had a pool all year. In addition to that they often lose packages. One last thing: do not be fooled by the rooms they show u- they showed us a room with nice windows and a great view. That could not have been further from the reality that I now live in. There is absolutely no sunlight in our apartment as we face an alley and a wall about 2 feet away from my window. The maintenance people and cleaning people are so nice but besides that it is like pulling teeth to get answers and help! If I could say one thing it would be DO NOT live at moontower!!
