The only good reviews here are from those who have taken only tours for a reason. Staff, especially the young staff, are all extremely rude and condescending and have treated not only me, but all of my friends and roommates that have spoken to them this way. For an apartment that’s one year old, it sure has a lot of issues and it’s too bad that the employees aren’t there to make anything better and don’t seem to know how to mitigate the situations to begin with. Yes, most wampus apartments have issues but seriously, save your money and take it elsewhere.

I will definitely have to agree that the staff/front office is rude and leave a lot to be desired in terms of communication. Spoke with Hannah, Jesus, and Alejandra/Alohomra (I couldn’t hear the name well)? All seemed exasperated and like they could care less why I was calling. Not great customer service. They also seemed ill-informed on what was happening and how to proceed with matters they should know as part of their job. I do think they have the potential to be better as the manager was slightly nicer after she spent some time to actually figure out things but initial impressions and service…. Would consider elsewhere.

Today I had the opportunity to tour Icon. Tyler and Ramona were extremely helpful and gave an amazing tour! Icon is THE perfect place to live. Loved all the amenities!!! Excited to sign😀

This is the WORST apartment building you can possibly rent for your student around the UT campus. If I could LEAVE ZERO STARTS I WOULD!!!!! Let's start with parking. You have a choice of compact or standard parking spots. This building has clearly OVER subscribed people for compact spots. For example, my son has an evening class or event and came back to the building last night with only two spots left in the entire garage both of which were standard spots, so he parked in one (he's a compact rental). This scam building waits for people to leave in the AM then calls in the same crappy tow company to tow cars of people who could not find spots in their category because they have over sold those spots (in short they have more compact spot rentals then they have spots available). This first tow was because the only compact spot had a pile of construction debris next to it spilling into the spot and after attempting to park my son could not even pull his car fully into the space leaving a third of his car sticking out into the parking ramp risking being hit. My son has now had his car towed twice in 6 weeks costing me $700 dollars in tow fees on top of the ridiculous $2K a month rent for a crappy room better suited for a prison cell. I'd venture to guess they are getting kickbacks each month from the tow company for every car they boost from this garage as well for extra money. Here's is an earth-shattering concept - DESIGNATED PARTKING SPOTS!!!!!!! Oh, but then how would this dump keep the parking tow scam running????? Don't get me started on the garbage construction of this building! (Leaking pipes in bathroom day 1) Buyer beware and rent someplace else. One pissed parent.

Staff was so friendly! Tyler and Ramona were so helpful, and Tyler gave us an excellent tour of the property. The units are beautiful, along with the amenities. Can’t wait to sign!
