The place is okay, if you want a housing better than the old units. The parking is very unsafe, my bike worth $2500 got stolen, and I didn't get any help from amenities to find that. Not a very good experience, just the rent is cheaper than the other high-rise complexes. There is always some or the other issue with maintenance and the elevator is mostly broken. The key fob doesn't work in common areas like pool or study rooms which is very frustrating and this issue has been going on for over 7 months for now. I dont recommend if you have good money, you can have a better place to stay at.

Probably the worst West Campus living experience I’ve had. First, my roommate was locked out of our apartment for 3–4 hours, and they had no sense of urgency to fix the issue, which apparently was just a dead doorbell battery or something like that. They also charged us around $250 each (i lived in a 3x3) for utilities during our last month, utilities usually come out to $85–$115/month (double of what I paid at Rise or Skyloft). When I called the office to question the $250, the girl who answered literally just said, “The system just estimates an amount for your last month.” But if utilities were consistently $85–$115, $250 makes absolutely no sense. I had to pay that. The elevators were also constantly breaking. It also seems like you’ll get charged a $50–$80 cleaning fee regardless of how clean you leave your room. Overall, I’d recommend living pretty much anywhere else. The only good things were living with my friends and having spacious rooms.

Although I would say this place is spacious and is close to west campus, do not live here! This was a last resort for my roommates and I since we needed a place to sign for last year but starting there was already elevator problems which continue throughout the year. Also, appliances were outdated (the washer and dryer) and would break down or not wash our clothes correctly. It was also very dirty from when we moved it and then I received close to $100 for damages and for my apartment being “dirty” which I have never had any other issues with any other apartments that I’ve lived at so that should already show! Also the water and electric bill is so high nothing that I’ve compared to other west campus apartments!

Maintenance at crest at pearl is the best I have experienced in West Campus!! Norge specifically has always been super kind & prompt to our maintenance requests as well as gets the job done fast!! I have never had a complaint because of him.

Horrible maintenance, they’re charging me 180 dollars for cleaning after I moved (we deep cleaned and there’s a paint repair charge and we had NOTHING on the walls and the paint was in the same condition as move in!), and the facilities are trash. The apartment is dirty too. You can get better nearby
