We lived here for 2 years, and had a great experience. The location is pretty accessible, you get all the basic amenities at a reasonable price close to campus, bus stops and downtown. The main thing that sets it apart and is worth mentioning is the management team! Marla and Coco are sweet, responsive, prompt, professional and give thorough attention to any issues that arise (which wasn’t that frequent). All in all, highly recommend camino flats.

I lived at Camino Flats for one year, and I had such a great experience! The community feels very safe, it’s super close to campus, and the maintenance team responds incredibly quickly whenever anything comes up. Everyone in the office was always kind and helpful. A special thank you to Marla and Coco for making my time here even better, you both were amazing! I would definitely recommend Camino Flats to students looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

Lived here for 2 years, nothing wrong with the property itself but beware of the property manager Marla Marker. A significant number of unexplained charges after move-out (e.g. $150 for sweeping the floor even though I cleaned it myself). Quite a bit of unprofessionalism too in the form of charging for cleaning certain item but not itemizing on the receipt, just mentioning that it was 'quite dirty', when that was disputed. Moreover, lying to its residents is something that is unacceptable. I was locked out of my room one night; she told to call a locksmith because they apparently "don't have master keys" at all (they do in fact, that's how maintenance gets in, if you can't come & help just say it!). Nevertheless, the maintenance guy Coco is a gem: he's always there to help! Never had any issues about maintenance. **Also note that many of the 5-star reviews here are superficial because the management baits the residents with a gift card raffle for putting up those reviews. I’ve lived here for almost two years, and I’m not the type to leave bad reviews, but I feel like I have to warn others. DO NOT MOVE IN unless you’re okay with constant water leaks whenever it rains (or even when it doesn’t—yes, really). I’ve been dealing with this for two months, and despite the ongoing issue, they never offered to move me to another unit or let me break my lease. Their only response? ‘You should just keep living in this condition!’ I’m moving out soon (even though they’re trying to make it difficult), but I really hope no one else has to go through the same suffering I have. Seriously. On top of that, people frequently enter the apartment by climbing over doors. I had a disturbing experience and asked if there were security cameras, but they told me there aren’t any. So, if you don’t mind putting your physical and mental well-being at risk, go ahead and move in. Otherwise, stay far away. :)

I've been living here for a year now and couldn't be happier with the experience. The location is incredibly convenient to the university. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk, and very close to grocery stores, and everything else I need on a daily basis. What really sets this place apart, though, is the management. They're highly responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which is definitely the highlight of this place! The community is well-maintained, quiet, and safe. The fire pit is a great addition especially for the winters. Highly recommend!
