Im sorry in advance but this review is going to be brutally honest. I would not recommend this apartment to friends, family or anyone I know. For starters, every time I visit the internet or AC unit is down in the entire complex. I’ve visited multiple times this year with friends and family and this has been a constant issue. The front desk does not want to help in any way shape or form, after speaking to the girls myself, despite their unfriendliness, they never seem to have a solution. One girl in specific has also been known around the apartment complex for not wanting to give anyone their packages. I remember my sister asking a specific employee 7 days in a row for her package she had after received notifications from the complex and the carrier that it was delivered, and she would not hand over the package. She got lucky one day by coming across another worker who kindly handed her the package after had after just asking one time, which was greatly appreciated. Last two things I will mention and have seem to be a known thing before signing is the smell in hallways, and in stair cases and unfortunately roaches. This is just the truth, I’ll love to go into further detail if anyone has any questions. Again I simply would not recommend this apartment to anyone although it’s a close walk to campus if that’s all you are looking for.

im a student at UT and a resident here, and my experience has honestly been great. Its luxury but its home. The staff, especially Kelly, is super kind. They are always giving out free snacks and gifts, great amenities, maintinence is quick to respond and I love the free coffee as well as the gym. overall pretty great!

I had the pleasure of touring at this apartment recently. The state of the complex was amazing; the building has pristine and spacious floor plans along with a load of great amenities. I especially enjoyed the study lounge and outside courtyard area. Not only is there a pretty big area to relax and study, but there’s also cornhole, a ping pong table, a clean grill, and a large tv. I’m considering living here and these are 100% things I’m pumped about. The staff at Pearl were equally impressive, friendly, knowledgeable, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Hayah at the front desk was especially wonderful, patiently answering all of my questions and making me feel right at home throughout the tour. Overall great place, top notch presentation that speaks for itself, and welcoming atmosphere!

I lived at 21 Pearl for three years and I think it’s okay, however for the price the amenities are not that great. I will say however, that the staff, notably Hayah and Mia is very helpful and sweet and if anything made this experience better it was workers such as her who made you feel like you were wanted at 21 Pearl. One of the managers Kelly was also very helpful and always smiling.

I have had a great experience living this year! So much that I resigned for my senior year. I enjoy the community here and how engaging the leasing agents are with the residents with their giveaways and events. One of the leasing consultants, Hayah has been super sweet and always willing to help me when I need it!
