I love The Standard so much I could not recommend it any more. This is my first year living here and I have been nothing but pleased by the staff, amenities, and my living experience overall. I would totally recommend living here for any Auburn students. It's a short and enjoyable walk to campus, the rooms are so nice, and every person I've met here has been lovely.

I love living here!! It is so nice to be close to downtown shops, restaurants, and my on campus classes. The amenities, such as the pool and gym, are always clean and a great experience. My 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, and I love that it is already furnished with modern furniture.

As this property is very near Auburn University, I am speaking from the experience of a full-time student living here. Would never return under any circumstance. Was treated so poorly with regard to failing to return phone calls and communications. They give lip service to a tenant who pleasantly makes a request but there is no follow-through. Their long contracts are on their side and if you sign, you have no recourse unless you want a lot of legal fees or the cost of getting out of a lease. So, be ready to take what they deal you whether it is fair and right or not. Could not even trust that mail sent there would make it to tenant.
