I’ve lived at the grove for a year now and it’s great so far! The rooms are spacious (especially the closets) and comfortable. I love that it’s fully furnished. Maintenance is fairly quick when needed. The price is the best in town. The staff is AMAZING! Everyone at the office, front desk, and maintenance are all wonderful and very kind. They are very accommodating for special circumstances. I love studying in the clubhouse and swimming in the pool. My only complaint is the trash disposal. It’s kind of a far walk for me. But otherwise, I love living at the grove !

Been living at the grove since 2024 and it has been a very pleasant experience ever since. The price compared to the location and how close it is to campus is the best in the city. It is great walking distance to downtown Auburn as well. The only issue I have had is the maintenance with the older units, though the grove is putting great effort to improve their property and the apartment complex itself. Overall a great stay and would recommend to any prospective resident.

Everytime I hae visited the Grove it has felt like home. I have been there for Thankgiving events, birthdays, and just to hangout and everytime has been better than the last. From updated units and amenities, to a safe feeling enviornment, and a luxurious pool the Grove is state-of-the art living in the Auburn area and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

We love living here! It’s homey with lots of amenities and is in great proximity to campus! The staff are always very helpful and we love it so much we’ve already renewed for another year!

I love the grove. Last year I lived in a house on the other side of town and it was awful, the renters company was terribly rude and unhelpful. The Grove has been a completely different story. Getting my lease signed was quick and easy, my apartment is way bigger than I expected, the help portal is pretty good, and maintenance is decently fast. Overall this has been a way better experience and I’ve already renewed for next year!
