The French Quarter Apartments, auburn-al

Overall, the French Quarter is a great property for those looking for off campus, quiet, and neighborhood-type housing. The drive to main campus is very short, around 5 minutes, with Tiger Transit running all day every 30 minutes or so. It is worth noting that this property is quite old. Although the appliances are all new and stainless steel, you may notice the signs of aging, but maintenance is always extremely quick to respond and help however they can. The office staff is excellent - they are always helpful, friendly, polite, and professional. Additionally, the new property management company has been working extensively on thorough, all-around renovations for the entire property. Rest assured you will be taken care of. I have to comment on the fantastic customer service provided by the staff when I was trying to complete a guarantor application to help my grandson. For whatever reason, the software would not let me save and complete the form. I called the office and they spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me, troubleshooting and eventually coming up with a work around so I could complete the application. The staff was extremely patient, helpful and very friendly. They never gave up nor did they tell me they didn't know what to do. They found a solution. Later in the day I heard from the property manager. Also, very professional, friendly and accommodating. Working with them was very easy. Thank you for everything.

The location of this complex is perfect for a college student. The staff/management is nice and easy to work with. The maintenance team is awesome and gets things done very quickly. The amenities are awesome! The gym and pool are my favorite places to be. I truly have enjoyed living here overall. We are also in a renovation process which is awesome, but it is daily we get woken up by people working. There is too often that men are right outside of our door working for hours making it uncomfortable and frustrating. I’m grateful for renovations, but it seems a bit much. I’m an easygoing, nonchalant person who doesn’t complain, but it’s becoming really testing. However, I would recommend the French Quarter to all who consider it:)

I have lived here for two years, now renewing for my third. I have enjoyed living here very much, and me and my roommates use all the amenities frequently. The gym and pool have just been completely redone, which has been really nice. I am looking forward to seeing the property once all the maintenance is finished! The few buildings are completely done, look great. I have recommended multiple of my friends to look into leasing here.

We toured French Quarter Apartments twice, and both experiences were excellent. Our first tour was with Corbett, and he was incredibly easy to talk to and very professional. He answered every question we had and also shared additional information we didn’t even think to ask. What I appreciated most was how honest he was about the property, especially speaking from his own experience living there. As a parent, that honesty really mattered and helped ease a lot of my anxiety about my youngest daughter moving away from home. We came back for a second tour with Taylor, and she was just as wonderful. She was sweet, knowledgeable, and very easy to have a conversation with. She was also honest and clearly knew the property well, which made us feel confident in everything she shared. Hearing about her positive experience living there made a big difference. Both Corbett and Taylor did an amazing job highlighting all the great things about French Quarter, and by the end of our tours, we truly felt sold on the community. Highly recommend touring here especially if you’re a parent looking for peace of mind and a great community.
