The Collective At Auburn, auburn-al

I haven’t lived at the collective long, but I truly do love living here. For a community of majority college students the neighborhood is pretty quiet! Izzy at the front desk has always been super helpful with any questions I have had and has truly made living here easier! Maintenance is very timely and also super friendly!

I don’t have very many complaints other than the dog park. The units are great and everything else is nice. The dog park however, it doesn’t get cleaned out often enough for the amount of people that don’t pick up their dog’s poop. And the doggy bag cans need to emptied and have their bags refilled more often. It’s really irritating. Other than that I have no complaints, thanks!

Shout out to Brook for her wonderful service. Very informative and helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions and was able to help me narrow my options down for my search. Thank you again for your time and help. Somebody give her a raise or promo cuz she real good!!

I starting living here when it was Aspen Heights and there was a noticeable difference once it switched over to The Collective. The trash service they required us to pay for skipped picking up our trash on multiple occasions. The entire neighborhood was filthy because they did not enforce residents to clean up after themselves or their pets. Living in a gated community didn’t even feel safe because the gate was left open all during the day and often other residents would let cars in that were sitting at the gate. The office staff is very unhelpful. My roommate and I had questions as to why our electricity bill was so high one month and we were told that they were contacting the company and would call us back within the next day. We never received a call back, but it was obvious it wasn’t due to them being overwhelmingly busy because they had plenty of time to post multiple tiktoks. My roommate and I were gone for majority of the summer, but when I came back in the middle of summer they had removed the molding around our door leaving big gaps around the door, which felt unsafe. They also just left the molding laying in the floor and didn’t even clean up after themselves. I am definitely glad to not be living here anymore.

I’ve lived at the collective for almost two years and it has been amazing!! Super quick and helpful maintenance and the staff is amazing, especially Jaylen! I absolutely would recommend it!
