Brook and a manager gave my daughter and I a tour today. Both were professional, enthusiastic, and thorough. Every phone call made to the front desk has been a positive experience. My daughter is looking forward to moving in.

Shout out to Khamar who helped guide me and my daughter throughout the "housing" drama. What could have been a very stressful situation became a very good experience due to the patience and help that Khamar and Rena gave us. Housing has become a monster of its own over the last few years, and that is nationwide from what I hear. But in this particular situation, Khamar ALWAYS answered the call. He gave my daughter options, opinions, and she couldn't be happier now. She moved within the Accolade community, and she is poised for a great 2nd year at Auburn. I highly recommend The Accolade, and I do so for 3 reasons: 1) Location, 2) The apartments themselves and amenities, and 3) The incredibly PRESENT and helpful staff members who are just a phone call away.

They will try to nickle and dime you for whatever they can. I lived at Accolade Auburn for a full school year and moved out in good standing, but was charged $210 in "damage" fees at move-out for things like wall marks and cleaning — charges that reflect normal wear and tear from a year of living in a unit, not actual damage. When I disputed the charges, I was told they were "validated" simply because photos were attached, and that they could not be removed unless I provided written documentation directly from the property saying otherwise — despite the property never providing a move-in condition report to compare against. The photos used to justify the charges show blank walls and a clean carpet, not actual damage. This isn't a transparent or fair process — it's designed so residents have no real way to dispute charges regardless of whether they're legitimate. If you're renting here, take extensive photos and video at move-in and out, because you will likely be charged for normal wear and tear at move-out with little recourse.

Emma gave an amazing tour, was very personable, and knowledgeable about the complex! The complex is pristine, safe, has a lot of useful amenities for students, and is right next to campus for a great walking distance. And the rest of the staff is also very friendly!

The maintenance women were very rude. The apartment could not accommodate me for early move-in when I needed to be in Auburn for my sorority and had nowhere else to stay (I am out of state). They said that there are limited spots, when that makes no sense because there are no physical spots. When I was staying with my roommate, they yelled at me for staying in my apartment even when I was paying rent for the full month of August (move-in date was the 15th). Super unprofessional and not an ounce of understanding or empathy on their part. They need to accommodate their residents. Just plain rude and honestly stingy.
