The Standard at Atlanta, atlanta-ga

I came to a live music event here at The Standard and I would definitely return! They have a nice rooftop pool with sun loungers and nice bar counter area, and a really big jumbotron! It was very nice seeing the jumbotron in use, listen to live music, enjoy the pool and just relax!

I toured The Standard Atlanta and was super impressed! The staff were so friendly and helpful. They really took the time to walk us through everything and answer my questions. Moving my child to a new city was be a bit scary and full of unknowns. You can tell the staff actually care about making residents feel comfortable and supported. Their communication and attention to details eased my worries. The amenities are amazing, the rooftop pool, gym, and study lounges are all super clean and modern. The whole building feels safe and well taken care of. Plus, the location can’t be beat! It’s close to campus, restaurants, and everything you need. Compared to other student housing in the area, The Standard definitely feels like the best value for the price. The apartments are stylish, the community is lively, and the overall experience is just on another level. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for student housing in Atlanta!

I came in a few days ago to tour the building with my youngest daughter. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The building is absolutely beautiful and clean. The associate that I worked with., Ziane, was awesome. She explained the floor plans, pricing and concessions. She made sure that I understood all the details before my daughter and I left the building. So glad we were able to tour and can’t wait to make our final decision.

Unprofessional, intrusive, and inconsistent. NOT RECOMMEND! Management is completely unresponsive to emails and maintenance requests (took over 3 days for a response in average). I experienced staff entered my apartment weekly without permission for a month, just for inspecting unit condition – zero privacy. They also enforce rules unfairly: I was fined for a chair on my balcony, but multiple units on the opposite building had the same thing with no penalty. The building itself is low quality: cockroaches on the balcony, poor soundproofing (hear everything), weak AC, worst of all, the fire alarm often goes off by mistake, at least 20 times in the year I have been there, sometimes at night, the light and noise is unbearable

Update: The utilities issue was never handled and the staff was unwilling to resolve the issue. The move-out inspection included unreasonable charges, and accusations of a pet (which we have never had). We asked them to check the security footage, and they refused. Living at the Standard was very disappointing. Notice the majority of 5-star reviews are from people who only TOURED the place, but haven't lived there. Very happy to have a significantly better housing situation now. If you have a serious issue, it's more worth it to escalate it to the Landmark Properties management, as they are more willing to address it. Previous Review: Utility bill for two-person apt was $400 total, and the normal bill is in the $300 range in total. Management was contacted a while ago b/c this is unrealistic for our utilities usage, but there wasn't much follow-up after that. The meter in this apt has malfunctioned in the past as well (confirmed by previous management). Although some parts of the complex and staff are nice, it's a challenge to get issues resolved when they do come up. I make it a point to avoid giving negative reviews to any place, and I'm definitely open to updating my review if something is done to help with this issue.
