Such an amazing apartment complex! The tour went well and I had an amazing tour guide Kailen! The units are modern and well-maintained, and the parking is easy to find. The amenities seemed clean and is a huge plus when looking for a place to stay. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet and well-managed place in Atlanta. If you need anything ask for Kailen at the front desk.

From the moment I walked in, her energy, positivity, and pride in her school were contagious. The staff at the Hive Apartments are outstanding, and Kailen truly stands out. Always professional, friendly, and quick to help, Kailen goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and supported. Their positive attitude and genuine care make a big difference, turning the Hive into more than just a place to live. It really feels like home.

I don’t currently live here, but I came in with a friend who was looking to lease and the experience was really positive. The space looked nice and the environment seemed student friendly. Sydney helped us out and she was very welcoming and knowledgeable.
