I moved here in August 2025 and have had nothing but amazing experiences. From the very beginning, the staff has been welcoming and attentive. Julian and Tristian in the office are always professional, friendly, and quick to help with any questions or concerns. They truly take the time to get to know you and genuinely care about you as an individual, which makes such a difference. Ray and Saadiq on the maintenance team are just as great. They are responsive, efficient, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure repairs are handled properly and in a timely manner. No apartment is perfect, but the team here genuinely cares and does everything they can to make this community feel like a home away from home. I am so thankful for the positive experience I have had so far.

Had a clogged drain from the last tenants hair so I called in for maintenance. Only one night passed before maintenance came and unclogged the drain. Ray helped me out and explained the problem and also addressed other issues he saw on the way to fix the drain problem. Not only that but he provided preventative methods to me and was very nice and understanding of the whole situation. Ray is your guy.

Excellent service from the maintenance team, particularly Mr. Saadiq, who has been prompt and efficient in addressing issues. He's resolved problems within hours of notification, showcasing a high level of responsiveness. The office staff are also very helpful and courteous in addressing our queries. Overall, a great experience with the support team.

Ray working in maintenance deserves a 5-star rating on his own. He has experience working with air conditioning and refrigeration, puts in the work to troubleshoot, and always makes sure he stays until he confirms everything is working. As for the rest of the apartment, there tend to be issues when it comes to leasing and the portal. That may be due to how often they changed the payment portal to a new platform (3 payment portals in a little over a year). It may also have been due to changes in staff leading to issues passing on old information to new staff members. Whatever the case, it wasn't difficult to communicate with them to fix things, they are good people, it's just hard to define how much of the difficulty was special circumstances or a problem you would have consistently.
