Absolutely wonderful apartment complex to explore and thank you to Caylin Carter at the front desk who answered our many questions and gave us an amazing full tour and drinks with it! We were super excited to learn about the apartment and definitely recommend it if you need a place to live in Atlanta! ☺️

paying so much for rent and the outlets in the kitchen do not work. have to move appliances onto the FLOOR to use the outlets since those are the only ones that work. fridge is also broken. it has only been 3 weeks paying $1500 a month. TERRIBLE. maintenance says it’s fixed but it is not. DO NOT LIVE HERE update: it has been 3 whole days with no working fridge HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OF FOOD ROTTEN no maintenance help even though we have called and texted the leasing team. we had to take matters into our own hands and temporarily fix the fridge using an extension cord. for $1500 a month i would expect some maintenance services truly appalling from Rambler. also the outlets still do not work. all the office has done is call me to ask if i got the situation resolved. IT IS RAMBLER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES!!

The Rambler is an incredible place to live! If you are looking for an amazing location close to the Georgia Tech campus, this is it. The building dedicates the entire 2nd floor for a study space. It has a large number of individual study rooms, small meeting rooms for group sessions, and a large conference room. There is a printer if you need to print anything. The second floor has a dedicated outside lounge to get fresh air, relax, read, or change up your study environment. The building is secure with key fob access, a rotating security guard, friendly staff, residents, and a wonderful atmosphere. There is an incredible rooftop pool, sauna, gym, and a hotel-style lobby when you can gather with friends, study, work, or listen to music. The proximity to restaurants, Publix, Whole Foods, shopping and entertainment is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance. The apartments provide everything you need to make move in seamless. There is plenty of cabinet space, closet space, washer/dryer and great furniture to eliminate moving anything except personal items and kitchen/bath necessities. The comfort, security, atmosphere, and overall livability is incredible. Check out The Rambler because where you live makes a difference.

Just moved our son in to the Rambler. They did all the heavy lifting for us! The building is brand new and gorgeous. The staff was very helpful. Great place.

Genuinely ridiculous. I was locked out of my apartment overnight because the unit lock was broken and all the office could tell me was maintenance doesnt work over the weekend. I called all the emergency numbers and no answer. I could not recommend this place less. No sense of urgency I had to find a place to stay while all my things were locked in my apartment overnight.
