Lived here for 2 years. And would never again!!! Management is the absolute worst. Fire alarms often go off in the middle of the night, and multiple times for hours. Almost weekly! The leasing office staff are often rude. The quality of the building is incredibly low. Residents pay for parking from $100ish - $250ish a MONTH depending on when you sign your lease, meanwhile the gate has worked for maybe 3 weeks total in the last 2 years… allowing anyone to park. And then they tow these non residents like once every two weeks. Also have no guest parking. They also seriously lack security… tons of people in the gym that don’t live here, same with the pool - making it hard to use as a resident paying 1.5k a month for rent alone… I wish I spent the last 2 years at the Mark or somewhere else and recommend you do the same

Honestly, I love this place. I have lived here the past 2 years. The staff has been nothing but amazing and has gone above and beyond with any issues i have had. The amenities are so worth it and really have elevated my living experience. I have always felt safe here and it is in such a great area, very walkable to my classes and downtown. I also love the pop ups they have here. The only complaint i’ve ever had was that my toilet seat was broken upon move in but the issue was resolved within a week. I love it here!

Living here has been extremely frustrating, mainly because of how poorly the place is managed. The biggest issue is parking. Management removed the entire first floor of resident parking for “retail”, but the only “retail” we actually have is a coffee shop that closes at 3pm. Despite that, those retail-designated spots are constantly filled by non-residents who come in to use the gym, and they face no consequences. Residents aren’t even allowed to park in those spots, yet random people who don’t live here use them freely all day and even overnight without any issue. This isn’t limited to just the retail spots either. Non-residents use the entire garage for class parking during the day and leave cars overnight, and it’s obvious because many of the vehicles don’t have Rambler stickers. I’ll come home and every single spot will be full, yet a large number of those cars clearly aren’t from residents. Management does almost nothing to enforce parking rules. When complaints pile up, they’ll occasionally hire a security guard to “check” cars, but they just sit on their phone in their car without paying attention to a single person entering or leaving. Once complaints quiet down, enforcement disappears again. On top of that, the parking deck gate has barely worked maybe three weeks total out of the entire 1.5 years the building has been open, so the garage is essentially open to anyone at all times. There have also been basic safety issues that took way too long to address. It took months of complaints just to get mirrors installed in the parking deck, and even then, they only put them on one side. Half of the turns are still blind, which makes driving through the garage unnecessarily dangerous. Security overall is a serious concern. Last April, a homeless man was arrested after loitering in the bathrooms inside the complex for hours, which shows how easy it is for non-residents to access the building. On top of all of that, non-residents regularly walk in off the street and use the amenities like the pool and gym without any enforcement. So residents are paying high rent and additional parking fees while people who don’t live here use everything for free. I don’t even want to get into the constant false fire alarms, ask any resident and they’ll gladly explain. Seriously, read the one-star reviews and you’ll see the real issues with this place. The five-star reviews are hard to trust given how many seem to be posted just to outweigh the negative ones.
