Location inspired looking at the Catalyst near GATech but the amenities, beautifully appointed apartments and pricing accommodations kept us. Trinity, our guide of both the building and the application process, was thoughtful about our needs and wants. Her perspective on the building and the neighborhood inspired us to apply. Strongly recommend a visit if looking for apartments near GT.

The customer service was great in sign up. Trinity actually gave us a tour and we were very impressed. Of course my review will be updated as my daughter lives there. But honestly this experience exceeded our expectation. Thank you Trinity and Catalyst. Keep up the Great work Catalyst Midtown

Wow! I’m at a loss for words. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked in but I was greeted by the most incredible staff. Especially that LP Trinity! She gave a very in depth/well informed tour and her passion for her job really shined through. There may be a lot of choices for apartments in Atlanta, but you’ll find no better customer service than here at Catalyst

Kirkien did a great job presenting the Catalyst floor plan options. She answered my questions thoroughly with poise and clarity.

The tour of the units was very professional and informative. Trinity was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all of the questions we had about the unit and what staying there would entail (and very entertaining too making the tour entertaining as well as fun). Would definitely recommend checking out and moving in if possible, this was an extremely strong contender for choice of residency.
