Must say, I am very disappointed.. I lived in Campus Crossings for 3 years and I moved out to Europe in February. I asked property managers to help me with subleasing but they were not helpful at all. After I found replacement for myself, I tried to reached them by mail, but they never responded!!! They force me to pay my leasing till July, even I found the replacement who could move in in May!!! I was expecting that they will value someone who lived in their place for 3 years without single issue more. Once again, I am very disappointed. Maros

The management team is extremely dismissive and does not address issues in a timely manner. The parking gate is frequently left broken and open for weeks at a time, despite residents paying for gated parking. Several resident amenities have also been inaccessible for weeks due to an unresolved key access issue. Residents currently cannot access the gym outside of leasing office hours unless a staff member lets them in, even though we pay for 24-hour gym access. In addition, cleaning wipes for gym equipment have been unavailable for months despite repeated requests from residents. Perhaps most frustrating is that maintenance requests are often marked as "completed" even when the issue has not been resolved, with no communication or follow-up from management. I have rented in several apartment communities over the years and have never experienced a management team that is so rude, unresponsive, and dismissive of resident concerns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here.

TRUST THE REVIEWS and DO NOT LIVE HERE. Terrible management team that pretends to care about us, but they don’t. They try so hard to find ways to charge us (most of us are college students by the way) and make our lives complicated. Roaches come out so often they don’t even scare me anymore, and we’ve dealt with all kinds of insects. They upgraded the amenities recently, but they need to upgrade the units more than anything because it’s so unhygienic here. There are cracks everywhere. We wiped the floors on the first day we moved in, and they turned black. Fire alarms go off so often that I remember everyone waiting outside in the cold because apparently it’s very difficult for the police department to turn off the alarm. Also, one thing they did was to temporarily increase rent to scare us into renewing our lease ASAP to avoid it going up even more. Just ignore this and they will start offering renewals at much lower prices.

Living here has been one disaster after the next. Initially when I moved, my room was dirty and there was a cockroach at the door. The bathroom had a significant amount of mold accumulated in the shower. I have attached a photo below. I reported this to maintenance and it was not taking care of for three weeks. Last week, the gate broke in the parking deck and my car was struck by the gate, leaving it scraped and dented. I brought this to the attention of management and they were already aware of mechanical issues with the gate. There was absolutely no signage. Now, about a week later, the gate still is not fixed. I feel unsafe continuing to drive my car through the gate, yet was provided with no other alternative parking. Management has been unsympathetic and rude throughout this whole experience. Even when I started my lease here, I was not provided with the apartment number and keys until January 6th, despite paying for all of January’s rent. I’ve reached out to management several times about contacting corporate in regards to the damages on my car and they have refused to provide any contact information. They have only stated that the damages will not be payed by Campus Crossings. I was unfortunately left with no other option than to file a police report and let my insurance sue. I’m excited to be moving out as soon as my lease is up.

The apartments themselves are a fine place to live if you attend Emory. Management was quite poor. Poor communication and little follow through from management. If you need something fixed or need something done you have to be incredibly persistent. Never got a key to my mailbox, and never got my security deposit back. Lived there for two years. The maintenance people themselves were wonderful and understanding, they appeared to almost always be overwhelmed with tasks or repairs and should have more assistance. Power bills were incredibly high, and apartment was covered in hair and barely looked clean when I moved in. Fire alarms were always going off, despite there being no fire, alarms would last for ~15 minutes, sometimes multiple times a day and multiple times a week. Covered parking spots are ridiculously small and skinny. My AC was broken for months and the only way I could get it “fixed” albeit temporarily, was by bypassing management and going straight to maintenance. The fix wasn’t to my AC but was to put a temporary unit in my bedroom, which broke, and the rest of my apartment was uncomfortably hot. Got entirely fixed months later after consistent confrontation. BOTH elevators were broken for weeks, if you use a wheelchair or rely on elevators for mobility purposes and lived above the first floor you would have to wheel up the parking deck or climb up the stairs.
