Touring this property was such a great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised—if not better. I immediately felt comfortable and could easily picture myself living there. The move-in process was just as smooth. Everything was organized, clearly communicated, and stress-free, which made a big difference during what can usually be a hectic time. The community is peaceful, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and inviting. Since moving in, I’ve been really happy with my decision. It truly feels like home, and I’m glad I chose this place. First Apartment for Working College Student⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The property manager Bobbie Bratton was amazing to work with, while helping my daughter find her first place. As a working college student, affordability, safety, pricing, and amenities were all important to us. Bobbie took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process feel less overwhelming. She was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us find a good fit. I truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.

I have to be completely transparent with you all. I was asked to leave a Google review, but I was honestly already planning to do it. I just hadn’t gotten around to it yet because of moving. With that being said...... 1016 Lofts is truly a hidden gem. From the moment I toured the property with Catrice, the experience was amazing. She was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The customer service has been great so far, and I genuinely felt welcomed from the start. The apartment itself has a very unique feel. I personally love the concrete floors and concrete walls, it gives the space character and a modern industrial look that stands out from a lot of other apartments in Atlanta. They’re also currently remodeling and making updates throughout the property, so once everything is finished, I can already tell it’s going to be even more beautiful. The gym is also being remodeled along with pretty much all of the other community spaces. What I appreciate is that the spaces are still available to use while the updates are happening, so they’re not completely closed off, they’re just being improved. I’m looking forward to seeing how everything looks once it’s fully finished. This is only my first two week review, but so far, everything has been a great experience. The community has a lot of potential, the location is top tier if you ask me, and the overall vibe feels different in a good way. I’m excited to be here and see how everything continues to come together.
