Renting through Krause rental properties was a great experience. Randy was always a helping hand when you needed it most. Great people, great location, would rent from them again!

Krause Rentals is a straightforward business with your best interest at heart; they're always willing to help out. If I had to go back in time and find a place to rent in Athens, I would go with Krause all over again.

Krause Rentals has been great to rent from. Their maintenance crew responds very quickly and Nariah at the office is always super nice and helpful.

I have rented an apartment for the past two years and would have continued renting from them if I didn't need to move for work. I had a great experience with them for my one-bedroom apartment near Ohio State's campus. Everyone is super friendly in their office and maintenance has very speedy response times. I have looked at many apartments over the past few years and nothing can beat the location and it being an affordable price. I rented one of their Highland units where gas was 50-70 a month, electric was 30-90, water was a flat rate of 25, and there were 5 parking spots which are 35 a month or you can street park. The only weird thing is paying rent quarterly instead of monthly but they are very understanding if you need to change that arrangement.

This is the first time I have ever left a review, and I don’t have a single bad thing to say about Krause Rentals. Pulled strings for us moving in and moving out early that I can not thank them enough for.Very honest, up front and helpful. Very accommodating with our schedule whenever we needed maintenance or any other time they needed to come into the home as my dog did not like strangers. Allowed us to do monthly payments. New maintenance team is great. Definitely recommend one of the best in Athens! Thank you for a great year and a half !
