Mindy is by far the greatest maintenance lady out there. She is responsive, kind, and respectable. Mindy continuously goes above and beyond every time. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a hard working maintenance lady that provides great quality work!!

Michael was a great landlord and listened to all of our needs at a timely manner. I lived at 36 north congress but what really made the experience great was the maintenance team. Mindy went above and beyond. She was super kind and made sure that all of our requests were taken care of as quickly as possible. She was a joy to have around and made our experience living there so much better. I would recommend renting from Kleinpenny specifically because of my experience with Mindy!
