My daughter rented 2 years from Coady Rentals at 37 N Congress. Brian and his crew were very attentive to any concerns or repairs needed. They made us feel at ease since we were several miles away and couldn’t get there quickly if something went wrong. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place in Athens for their student. I rented from Coady for two years and had a great experience. Very responsive, easy to work with, even helped work with us if we forgot about a rent payment that was due. Funny and kind guy. Very responsive and helpful maintenance. For example, our furnace failed one winter and within a few hours maintenance was there with space heaters for us while they waited on parts to arrive. Got 100% of our deposit back even with wear-and-tear we expected to get charged for. Would totally recommend any student looking for housing to work with Coady.

Coady Rentals is one of the best rental agencies you can ask for, especially for both new and current OU students. My roommates and I lived in their properties for two years and never encountered any issues. They were always timely in responding to maintenance concerns and stayed on top of day-to-day property management throughout the year. They even went as far as providing a hotel for us during a main water break to ensure our safety, which really showed how much they care about their tenants. We were always able to reach them by phone, and their pricing is very competitive compared to other options in the area. I have nothing but respect for this rental agency and would highly recommend them to any prospective tenants. Thank you for two great years!

My college roommates and I rented from Coady rentals for two years. We could not have asked for a better landlord. Brian was always so helpful and responsive, especially when we had roommate issues. He was always very flexible and helped us whenever we needed it. Whenever we put in a maintenance request, the maintenance "fairies" as we liked to call them would fix the problem within an hour or less, and they were the best maintenance people ever, so friendly and hard working. We never experienced a college landlord horror story like most people do. I seriously could not recommend Coady rentals enough!
