​Hands down the best place around Athens for rentals! The apartments are always spotless and well-maintained. If there’s ever an issue, the maintenance crew is super friendly and on top of it right away. They clearly take a lot of pride in their properties, and everyone on the staff has been amazing to work with. If you're looking for a rental, I definitely recommend them!

I’ve never written a review before, but renting from Bobcat Rentals was a terrible experience. I rented from them for two years and constantly had problems. After graduation, they made us move out the same day, leaving many people with nowhere to stay. They also made us drive back down to OU just to return parking passes and still charged us fees. Overall, I would not recommend renting from them.

If I could leave a zero star review I would, after residing here for 2 years, I hope to warn future students to try to avoid this place as MUCH as possible. I lived with 3 people over the course of three years, and the first semester was good, and we really had no problems with our apartment or maintenance. As soon as we moved out of the first apartment, we found our first problem, we were charged for things we never caused problems for, or never even knew existed. We ultimately paid for it all because we did not want to cause problems, but after moving out my second time, I needed to write this review. My roommates and I had awful encounters with maintence, treating us with no respect, and were extremely disrespectful to my roommates and I when issues occurred, or when we thought something was wrong. We tried to keep up with our apartment as much as possible, and everything that was broken or after light-use fell apart, we tried to fix it all. We had some things that fell apart such as part of one blind, that they claimed were a third party, and they didn't tell us what to do about it, so instead charged us for it after move out. We had hoped for maybe a walkthrough of our apartment with them to see what we could fix, but they did not tell us anything for that, and charged us for things like handles/hinges we did not know existed. We are so upset by this whole situation, and not only wish we were treated with respect, but not being charged for literally everything we did not even know about.

This is my sixth year living in Athens and these people are the nicest I’ve dealt with by far!! Staff is super kind, maintenance is excellent, and we’re paying a very reasonable price for an apartment we absolutely love!! Would definitely recommend
