Best of Athens Rentals, athens-ga

I leased through Best of Athens Rentals for two years and it was such an amazing experience! Maintenance always came when you had an issue, they were very nice and always understanding! I recently graduated and am looking for apartments that won’t allow my dog and Jamie wrote an outstanding letter of recommendation for me! They are the best to lease through!

Control of our property was switched over to Best of Athens shortly after we signed our lease, so in the beginning I was a little nervous. However, Best of Athens made the transition, as well as our move-in, as smooth as possible. They were very attentive and quickly took care of any damages or maintenance required throughout the year. They were also flexible with move-in/move-out dates, as well as rent dates to accommodate those who receive financial aid. My roommates and I decided to sign with Best of Athens for a second year.

Tiffany has made off-campus housing so easy! She is very understanding and does her best to help out her tenants. She is willing to walk you through parts of your lease you don't understand and making payments is easy and hassle free. Best of Athens is really good about repairs, they're always quick and have any problem fixed as soon as possible. I've really loved renting from Best of Athens these past two years.

Best of Athens Rentals has made Off-Campus Housing an incredible, stress free experience for me! I have been renting from them for 2 years, and they are BY FAR the BEST rental company in Athens that I have connected with. They genuinely care about their tenants and go above and beyond to make sure they have a great living experience. They have been very accommodating on making appointments that fit my schedule, have worked out plans for rental, and parking payments, and made the lease signing painless. They were very upfront about leasing conditions before the lease was signed as well (no hidden gimmicks). Additionally, they are one of the few places for OU off campus housing that is pet friendly!!

I am so happy with my choice to rent from Best of Athens Rentals. Being a young college student, I was worried about being taken advantage of when renting my first house. But Tiffany was so understanding and helpful. They have fixed every issue I've had and been as forgiving as they can be to struggling students. I'm so pleased with them that after only a couple of months of living at my residence, I decided to resign for another year. I have talked with many other renters in Athens and I'm still sure I made the best choice renting from them! :)
