The Oaks of Arlington, arlington-tx

I recently moved into Oaks of Arlington, and I must say I really enjoy living at this apartment complex. The management team is responsive and friendly. The apartment manager was helpful and made sure the onboarding process was smooth. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Not only is the service good and fast, but the maintenance manager has also asked me multiple times if everything is good in my new unit. They have welcomed me and my family into the community, which is heartwarming and respectful. The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels safe. Amenities like the gym, pool, and common areas are always clean and convenient. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

Just writing a review for my mom she wanted to make sure that she recognized the maintenance guy Roger. He was very polite, super professional and seem to be very happy that we stopped by the property. It’s been quite a while, but she just reminded me to send it so I’m just now sending it my bad lol. But anywho we need more people on properties like him. He was funny, offered us something to drink and some chips. Some nice apartments to; I remember that. But thanks tho cool cat..

I just moved into this nice quiet neighborhood. It’s very clean and the amenities here are absolutely worth it. This experience was 10/10 and I’d recommend anyone to live here solely to experience the amazing customer service from Dana at the leasing office. Not only was she consistent and on point, but she left no questions unanswered making it an easy and smooth process to transition into my new unit. Thank you again Dana!

Living here has been a great experience from he beginning til now and the way things are going im sure the experience remain good. Shae is perfect in the office; attentive and knowledgeable. I also am grateful for the presence of Roger who has checked on how things are going with my apartment several times since I moved in

I would truly like to thank Ms.Shea for all her help and patience throughout my application process and for keeping me informed from start to finish. And I would also like to thank the maintenance man Rodger for stopping by to make sure everything was working properly. I love my new home and the peace that I have at this property. It’s well maintained and very quiet!!
