So I just want to start by saying if you are a UTA student and looking for housing DO NOT STAY HERE !!! management- is terrible it sucks they don’t care about nothing you have to say ..they’re not professional and they won’t come out & speak to the residents if they have concerns. they will sit in their offices and say they not there but they be sitting right there and if you have a complaint they will tell students that work in the desk to handle the situation when they don’t know what to do themselves…so my advice you might have to take your complaints to someone that’s higher up then the management that’s in the office … Bugs-They have roaches and bugs I’ve sprayed and everything in my apartment plenty of times and they still will come no matter how good you clean up. Rent- they put extra fees on your account for no reason and if you have roommates one person do something they put fees on everybody account even if you didn’t do it. Also we all students we all have to pay rent sometimes we have to push payments back because financial problems I’ve talked to Ashley Hughes the lady that works with the payments and accounts she set me up with a payment plan the front office will still send you to court for having a payment plan installment set through them. Even if you try to pay it they still won’t take your money when I tried to pay they didn’t take my money and sent me to court anyway this goes back to management I’ve went down to talk to management about the problem she didn’t care. (Went to court no reason I sat in court and told the judge I had the payment) and Elizabeth that works as management didn’t take my payment. Pool- the pool was cool only thing was around winter time don’t expect to get in the hot tub because it will work one minute and then go out and they don’t care to fix it again. Maintenance- I never really had a problem with them they do they jobs well every time you put in a service request they come out and do their jobs Gym-the gym is alright the only thing is the equipment don’t get cleaned. trash- apartments is very nasty when it comes to trash they leave trash all throughout hallways trash is supposed to go in the trash chute that in the garage. on the third and second floor you walk out to garage it’s big trash bags that’s not tied and they throw trash in the walkway and expect someone to clean up after them. Parking-when it comes to parking if you have a reserved parking that you pay for and someone parks in your space they won’t care. Your car will get towed FYI !! So just be prepared to get your car it the pound. To add, my friend gotten into a wreck in the garage because students drive in the parking garage really fast around the corners and they will keep going .. I’ve seen multiple wrecks even if your car is parked you won’t know who did it. Garage-the gate never works sat out there for hours trying to figure out how I’m gone get inside from both sides… parking tags never works …there’s been multiple complaints about the parking tags people has gotten there cars towed with tags in them too they still won’t care . Pets- if you have a pet and it’s a ESA animal they don’t care they look over your paperwork (I put my dogs paperwork on the portal) and they put a fine on all you and your roommates accounts (even if they don’t have no pets) so just be prepared to hear something from your roommates.. I had a roommate that had a dog her dog poops everywhere ive tried to tell the front office to move me Becasue i feel uncomfortable and they didn’t care . RESIDENTS DON’T CLEAN THE DOG PARK PROPERLY LIKE THEY SUPPOSED TO. IT BE POOP THERE FOR WEEKS WITHOUT CLEANING IT UP!! I HAD SOMETHING DELIVERED TO THE DOOR OF MY APARTMENT AND WHEN I WENT OUT TO GET IT SOMEONE TOOK IT FROM MY DOOR !! THEY STILL WONT CARE I LOST A package in cuss they lockers was full and the office was closed. Security is terrible FYI I would say look in the area for a better stay and not roach infested apartments somewhere where you’ll get your money’s worth and will be comfortable..very uncomfortable here .

I lived at The Arlie Apartments for approximately three years. During my first two years in a one-bedroom unit, my experience was manageable; however, I reported an ongoing roach issue multiple times that was not resolved in a timely or effective manner. Due to increasing rent, I moved into a shared unit during my third year. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted my living experience. My roommate allowed an unauthorized individual to stay in the apartment for an extended period, which I reported to management. While the issue temporarily improved, it later resumed. There were also ongoing concerns with cleanliness in shared spaces, as well as access and use of common areas that made the living situation uncomfortable. Despite reporting these issues, I did not feel that appropriate or consistent action was taken. Additionally, I experienced multiple missing packages during my residency. There were also inconsistencies with package pickup procedures, which added to my frustration. I originally planned to remain at the property while completing school, but due to unresolved maintenance concerns and lack of support with the roommate situation, I chose to move out. Prospective residents should carefully review lease agreements, particularly during renewals, and consider how roommate placements and maintenance concerns are handled.

The review by Nakia describes it all perfectly. This place is a waste of your time, money, space, anything you can think of. They are money hungry. They could care less about your concerns with their charges. They will charge you even if it is a roommates fault for the damage because someone has to "claim" ownership of the damage and rarely will anyone ever do that. You can send pre-photos of damage and clean up to your fullest ability, you will be charged despite proof. Happened to me from the first apartment. They work with a third party that denies or approves those complaints. I even told them, I have actual photo proof of these damages, and sent them this proof, yet their response basically was "we acknowledge you have proof but we can't accept it." What!?!? Then what's the point in even addressing the damages???? Make sure you get the details of when charges actually HAPPEN!!!! Just found out they "back log" their utilities so I'm seeing charges in July for May and Junes bills!! And here I thought I was paying everything monthly at once!! Speaking to any of the employees about these issues they could care less about your frustrations. It's as if they are trained to be stoic and emotionless with robotic responses. The gym is a small crap shoot that doesn't look like it's ever taken care of. The pool is the only quality amenity they have that is rarely taken care of, especially in the winter. The hot tub is always dirty. The grills are disgusting and I would never cook my food on them. You can scrub the top, but they sure as hell do not clean the inside, leaving all leftover food from previous users to ruin what you are grilling. The maintenance workers actually put forth effort in their work and get things done relatively quickly. There is constant trash throughout the stairwells or hallways. I've seen trash sit their for a week or two. Granted it's pretty pathetic how lazy and disrespectful people are throwing their trash (food, drinks, junk, random items) on the ground. The hallways and stairwells smell like weed on and off, dog piss, and have seen dog poop in the stairwell. They have "huge deals" probably because they are desperate. They will attempt making it sound great by saying "only the first (insert #) apply." Yet I've been told by a friend they provide for everyone regardless, that even he still got the deal after well past when the deals should have ended. If they can offer $200-350 off rent for most residents, they're desperate. Because what they charge for these spaces is definitely not worth it even with the deals. P.S. Notice how all the low ratings are actual residents who experienced this place. The 5-star reviews are only compliments for the tours, not the place it self!!!

If you were looking for your sign not❌ to live here this is the one. Management is unresponsive, if you want to try to talk to them in person about an issue good luck with that hahha! The CAs tell you the manager Emmanuel is out of his office and that the assistant manager is at another property across the street and upon going it ends up they aren’t at either property and no one can help you 😂. Management doesn’t care about fines posted to your account all they want to do is find ways to charge you money, especially after you move out they will charge $25 a bag for trash and $250 for paint fees if your walls have even a scratch on them so good luck if you plan on living here. And corporate isn’t any better, tried reaching out to them too about issues management wouldn’t solve here and they just told me there is nothing they could do either. So there you have it, “where students love living” 😂😂 what a joke

Great place to live, I certainly love it! Great staff, specially Kim and Chris; maintenance people always being respectful. I am giving 2 stars because the parking garage issues; (now 5 stars, many issues were fix) Garage still a little dangerous but make turns slowly and it should be fine! Beautiful place and perfect for students. UTA shuttle stops right in front of the apartment complex and even if it didn't it still totally fine, campus isn't far probably 10 mins walking distance.
