⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Maverick Place Student Housing! The application process was completely free, straightforward, and incredibly easy to access. Everything was clearly explained, making the entire process quick and stress-free. The staff was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the application process, which made me feel confident every step of the way. I really appreciate how convenient they made it for students to apply without unnecessary fees or complications. If you’re looking for student housing with a simple, user-friendly application process and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Maverick Place. They truly make getting started easy!

Maylee was so beyond welcoming and made the whole process feel easy, comfortable, and exciting. Starting something new can be overwhelming, but she has such a special way of making you feel like you truly belong and that you’re not alone. Danyelle at Maverick Place was extremely helpful throughout my application process. I had multiple issues finding a guarantor that would work, and she was very patient and quick to help update my application each time. She made the process much less stressful and was always responsive and professional. I eventually chose the Homebody Guarantee option, and I really appreciated all the help she gave me along the way.

I don’t even live here, but every time I visit my friend at Maverick Place Apartments, I’m genuinely impressed. The community has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that you feel it the moment you walk in. Everyone is so friendly and inclusive—it’s rare to see a place where the staff and residents create such a positive environment. A huge shoutout to Eduardo, who always goes above and beyond and truly makes the place feel special. I’ve also had the pleasure of being welcomed by Danyelle, Morgan, and Maylee, and they are all incredibly kind and attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about the people here. Every visit leaves me feeling more and more enchanted by this community. It’s not just an apartment complex but I can see Maverick Place being my place.

You are not allowed to see the apartment before move in. I came in the place is absolutely disgusting,matteress had stains on it. They kept charging me hidden fees, had a unauthorized occupant living there. They start getting violent. I had voiced it constantly till I had to act a fool and involve cops. I turned in my keys and they had the nerve to still try and charge me for something. Mind you I came in saw marijuana butts in it first move in. This is only half of everything.
