Liv+ Arlington, arlington-tx

I’ve been looking for a great place for my UTA freshman to live in the fall. We walked into Liv+ intending to view other apartments in the area afterward, but there was no need. Calvin greeted us with a smile immediately and made us feel right at home from the moment we entered. He took us on a leisurely tour allowing plenty of time for our dozens of questions- we never once felt rushed while viewing the property. Calvin answered knowledgeably and honestly about the community providing great information about amenities as well as the lifestyle and social events offered onsite. The units boast modern fixtures and plenty of space. A full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, and microwave is available in addition to a washer and dryer in the unit. The property is clean and well maintained with beautiful landscaping and several common areas such as study rooms and a small “store” for convenient snacks and drinks with 24/7 access. They also have all of the usual apartment amenities such as pool and hot tub as well as a gym and yoga room - and it smelled fresh and clean! Calvin made sure to point out all of the security features as well. There are multiple doors requiring keys of various types and security cameras, as well as 24/7 onsite maintenance and live-in staff. Once we made the decision to move forward with a lease, and this was not a difficult choice, Calvin allowed extra time for me to read through everything without making me feel a need to hurry and still answered every single question with a smile. He is genuinely a gift to this community and I am so glad we were able to work with him to secure a new home for my student today. Thank you so much for Calvin and his kind and patient soul!

Just signed a 14 month lease with them. From June 2026- July end 2027. Multiple employees told us we would get the base rent For June and July free and we signed the lease. Then suddenly we were told that we need to pay the rent for the move in month and they can only give us July free and the community manager talked unprofessionally and was steadfast that we can only get July free. We already signed the lease and I’m sure the living experience won’t be bad but we were offered two months free and are only getting one month now. We even cancelled our old apartment lease application agreed to paid the cancellation fees only so we could stay at Liv + so it was unfair that we are not getting the second month free.

I’ve lived here for about 4 months and it’s been good so far. Maintenance has been consistent and professional. When things were out of their hands (elevator), they communicated why and how they were trying to solve it. Cassandra at the front office is great and very helpful as well.

The staff is absolutely phenomenal. On my move-in day, they made it so easy to get everything done. I was able to complete everything in less than five minutes. They are super friendly and outgoing anything and everything you need. They are willing to help and I absolutely love the fact that I am living here. I recently signed my lease for fall 2024 in Liv+ arlington. Management has been great and friendly. Answered all my questions with a smile. Move-in was smooth, Lots of space for parking & cost only 20$ for a general parking and 40$ for priority. Update after 5 months ( during 1st 3 month of my stay my rent was around 770 for a 4b4b but for the past 2 months they have been charging me 820-830) disappointed.
