I have lived at Campus Edge for the past six months, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. The management is irresponsible, unhelpful, and almost impossible to reach when residents actually need assistance. Two of my packages went missing after Amazon showed that they had been delivered to the reception office. Management took no responsibility and provided no meaningful help. Residents also cannot collect packages after 5:00 p.m. because the office closes, and there is no reliable alternative way to contact anyone. The roommate-matching process is also misleading. Management claims that they match residents based on compatibility, but in my experience, it appears they simply place people wherever they choose without seriously considering the preferences submitted. Trash violations are enforced inconsistently. I regularly see trash outside many apartments without any consequences, while selected apartments appear to receive fines. The rules do not seem to be applied equally or fairly. My apartment also had water damage. Even though residents are required to pay for landlord liability insurance, I continued receiving additional repair-related charges on my account. Small charges were added month after month without a clear explanation, making it difficult to notice that I may have been paying twice. Management has not properly explained these charges or promptly refunded them. The property itself is extremely dirty, with trash frequently left around the complex. The fire alarm also goes off randomly, including in the middle of the night, which disrupts residents and creates unnecessary stress. Overall, living here has caused constant frustration, anxiety, and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Campus Edge. Consider living here only if you are prepared to deal with poor communication, missing packages, inconsistent fines, unexplained charges, cleanliness problems, and management that does not take residents’ concerns seriously.

As I write this message, the fire alarms across the entire building have been going off continuously for nearly an hour. I have been displaced from my home with nothing but the clothes on my back and the phone I am writing this on. The front desk is apparently completely unstaffed on the weekends and thus nobody has a way in to turn the alarms off. The fire department arrived 45 minutes ago and has not managed to resolve the issue, apparently due to the lack of a non-destructive entry method. Edit: the alarm took upwards of 72 minutes to resolve. Over an hour of my life wasted.

I hate this place. The management sucks and something always breaks. I had a problem with a roommate and asked Deanna if they could do something they did nothing and she only responded when I switched rooms. I accidentally renewed my room and wasted my time finding someone to take my lease and Jazlyn didn’t respond so I lost the person and then she told me my lease was canceled 2 months ago. I would say don’t live here. Horrible view, bad management, dirty, and highly unprofessional and functional. Don’t waste your money. I also got kicked out of the pool at 10:30 when they said it closed at 11!

This apartment is terrible, IF COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I can't understand where all these fake 5-star ratings are coming from. THE ALARMS ARE INSANE; THEY GO OFF ALL THE TIME. I'm writing this while the alarms are going off for about 30min nonstop . The staircases are filthy, and people are always vomiting on them . Also in the garage, people are vandalizing cars writing on them and littering around them. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I can't even begin to list all of the problems with this place but I'll try to list some. My apartment flooded 3 times while I was living here and I attached a video of the most recent time, none of the floods were from my apartment but adjacent apartments. Most of my things were ruined and the apartment was impossible to deal with thoughout the process, they failed to put me up in a hotel for the first night and I had to find my own place to stay, they didnt let us know very much information thoughout the process so me and my roommates never knew when we could get back in, and my things that weren't ruined by the flood were eventually broken, damaged, or painted over during the repairs. They will charge you far too much. They will tow your car since they have a deal with a local towing comapany, my roommate even got towed despite being a resident and paying for parking. They did end up droping most of the payments but he still lost his car for no reason for 3 days. The internet used to be good, then they "upgraded" and now if you sit right next to a signal extender you might be able to watch one youtube video if you let it load beforehand. They constantly enter your apartment for the littlest things like checking cleanliness but whenever you know what apartment the cockroaches are coming from they day they can't do anything or go in there to check. My Rent increased by over 200% while I stayed there for 3.5 years with nothing getting better. Management constantly changes and none of them will want to speak to you if you come to the front office, the employee will say one thing, go back to get the manager, and come back and say the same thing again and say its the best they can do. I would avoid this place unless you have no better option.
