Vic Village North, ann-arbor-mi

Amenities and location are amazing. Room is good, definitely cheap and not worth the steep rent though. This building has too many maintenance issues for its price point. Elevators are constantly broken and go weeks without getting fixed. Package system is terrible: many carriers leave them completely out in the open when the leasing office is closed. Overall good building but if you want to spend this much money on rent, there are much better options in AA.

I have lived in five different places since I started college and Vic Village is far and away the best one. The management staff is extremely kind and they are willing to help with any situation at a moments notice. The common spaces are kept extremely clean and the maintenance staff is great! The amenities are my favorite part of Vic and are what separates it from a lot of other places. Living in Vic has been a tremendous experience and I have met countless friends as a result of it!

Staff has been extremely professional, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for an apartment. The apartments are clean and the building is well looked after by the management team. This is also a great location for anyone looking to rent and attend school at the University of Michigan, super close to the campus! 10/10 would recommenced this building.

We heard nice reviews from other students about the living experience at Vic Village North, too!

Vic Village is a great apartment building and is centrally located on campus making it a quick walk to everything. The staff is great and friendly which made me want to work here. All of the amenities and apartments are brand new compared to the other apartment buildings in the area. I definitely recommend living here.
