Lived in a building managed my Prime (520 Packard) for 3 years. The rent was reasonable for the area especially considering how convenient the location is for walking to campus. Maintenance requests & questions were always addressed quickly!

This place is total scam. When my daughter moved out, she disconnected electrical service from her name just two days later. PSH dedicted $40 fee for just paying her electrical bil - never knew what just hit the "Pay" button on website would cost $40. What even more appaling is that they charged more than average monthly electrical bill for just a couple day usage, which is impossible. Any attempts to make a contact, ask for a bill and discuss this issue were unsuccesful. Be aware that this place would do anything to scam every penny out of you. As you have not paid the enough.

I'm really impressed with Prime Management, as they've helped me resolve any problems I have. Every maintenance request goes through seamlessly and has been resolved with quick turnaround times. Most recently, my car was damaged by a falling walnut, cracking the windshield entirely. In response to this problem, Prime Management brought this to the attention of the building owners and they let me know they were looking to cut down the trees. I highly recommend signing with Prime Housing, as it offers affordable rent to university students and ensures the well-being of their tenants.

Somebody mentioned the mail theft issue which was a big headache for a while for residents of the building. Things are getting better since the installation of the surveilliance camera. I've encountered some incident and I'm glad that the propery management respond to it actively and professionally once I reached out to them, including getting me access to surveilliance camera recordings. Based on my knowledge, not a lot of property management will easily give you that. The incident was resolved in a professional way. The building is aged and has its own problem, but my overall expreience with the property management team has been good over the years. Act reasonably and you will get professional service in a reasonable time window most of the time.

Pros:. Great management and maintenance team! Anytime anything needed to be fixed I put in a request and it was taken care of within a day or two. Rent is very reasonable and affordable, the apartment isn’t anything special, but what would you expect from an affordable college apartment? Mail was never stolen (had this issue in my old apartment through a different company but it was great at 511 East hoover!) places for improvement: There could have been more washing machines but my previous apartment didn’t have many more and also used the same type of machine with pay range :(. Pay range is annoying to use because I don’t get service in the laundry room so I need to open the door and get service for my phone while trying to stay connected to the machine’s Bluetooth. A router for the laundry room would be nice to fix this issue!
