I stayed in an Oxford management property for the 2025-26 school year and the management was amazing. Issues were addressed in a very prompt and comprehensive manner. My roommates and I had a great experience. While the entire staff was very helpful, Kris Hamilton was especially helpful in the quality and speed of his service. I would recommend Oxford properties to any future tenants in Ann Arbor and anywhere else they operate.

Great support and fast response to maintenance requests. The maintenance staff named Jonathan M is particularly super helpful and friendly. He works very efficiently and always comes in with a good attitude, making us feel very comfortable making any requests to fix things around our apartment.

Oxford is our maintenance partner for our building. I have got to say they always are quick to respond and go above and beyond with any request that we have. I just reach out to Teri Brumley and things are handled with efficiency. The whole team is just outstanding!! I highly recommend the whole Oxford Property Management if you are looking for Management / Maintenace look no farther!!

Rented through Oxford for 3 years during undergrad, and I can confidently say it was an education in itself. Specifically, a masterclass in how to charge someone for things that are supposedly “included.” I spent the entire leased period begging them to actually define their lease conditions, because every month seemed to unlock a surprise new fee for an amenity I’d already paid for. Want parking? That’ll be $1.1k, also somehow “included.” It’s a neat trick: include something in the lease and bill you for it anyway. Schrödinger’s amenity. They’re one of the largest property management companies in Ann Arbor, which apparently buys you the confidence to break the law several times over and gaslight tenants about repairs. I was told repeatedly that issues weren’t real problem...right up until they were officially deemed worthy of correction. The mold growing in my unit, however, never needed convincing. It moved in rent-free and stayed the whole time. A word of warning: if the names Katie, Terri, or “Sharty” come up, run. And yes, they genuinely have a representative officially speaking on their behalf who goes by Sharty. I want to be clear that I did not make that up. I couldn’t have. Frankly, it’s the most honest thing about this company — a perfect summary of the treatment I received, right there in the name. Two stars, and one of those is for the mold’s commitment. (and because google and oxford can remove 1 star comments, but not 2 star.)

When my son got admission into UofM, we quickly realised how much demand there for student rental. We wanted to invest in a rental property, but had millions of questions and fears as it is our first investment property. We were not sure, how to handle leases from multiple students, city and local laws, emergency repairs and even confused about what kind of snow plowing company we should use. Luckily I found Oxford management company and started working with them before even closing our property. Katie Vohwinkle understood our needs and helped us in every step starting with transitioning the property from previous management company, starting a business account and they applied student rental certification renewal even before I asked. She responded to our numerous emails and phone calls quickly to clarify our questions and solved our issues. Once the property transferred into Oxford management, Katie Chase took over and we were impressed with the budget she came up which outlined what to expect financially for next year. Also she did rental analysis before advertising for renewal and boosted our rent by 12% which we would have missed without her help. Overall it was an excellent experience to work with Oxford management who helped to over come our fears as a fresh investor. Also they made our transition so smoothly so that we ended up buying one more property with in few months. The only concern I have : It took 10-15 calls before I could reach someone to enquire about property management services when we were considering to buy one. But once the communication channel established, life become so smooth. Thank you Oxford team and hope your excellent service continues in the future too
