I’ve genuinely loved living at The Landmark Apartments. From the moment I moved in, it has felt like such a comfortable and convenient place to call home. The amenities are modern, updated, and always clean, and I especially appreciate the study spaces. They’ve been incredibly helpful during busy school weeks. Additionally, the hot chocolate station is so good, and being so close to Central Campus makes everyday life so much easier. The office staff, Hannah, Paul, and Kaitlyn, are always welcoming, professional, and truly willing to help with anything you need. Mark and Mitchell on the maintenance team are quick to respond and resolve issues in a timely matter. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here and would absolutely recommend The Landmark to anyone looking for a supportive, well-managed, and conveniently located place to live in Ann Arbor.

I’ve had a great experience living at Landmark so far. I receive a lot of packages, and they’re always handled quickly and get to me in a timely manner, which I really appreciate. Maintenance responds fast whenever something comes up, and the front office staff is consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They’re available 24/7 for lockouts or any urgent issues, which provides a lot of peace of mind. They’ve also been extremely accommodating and supportive when it comes to my service dog, making the community feel welcoming, safe, and truly well-managed.

Don’t waste your money to live in a prison cell, they offer a “pool” but it’s never open. Only good things about this place are the maintenance workers and the gym.

Staff are professional & accommodating, and maintenance is timely. Amenities are nice, and the renovated gym is a big plus, with tons of space and machines. The kitchen & shared living space have several nice features, and things generally run smoothly. The location is great for college students. On the downside, the general lack of renewal discounts — especially after last year’s significant price increases — may lead one reconsider renewing. The renewal process seemed somewhat opaque at first, but staff were happy to clarify details to me once I raised concerns. Moreover, the rooms are relatively small for the price. However, steep pricing reflects an area-wide issue and is not unique to Landmark. Nonetheless, it detracts from the experience. Overall, Landmark is a competitive option when compared with other high-rise apartments in the area, though the smaller room size and high prices may deter some of the more economically-minded tenants. Landmark is a perfect fit if you want to live somewhere that doesn’t care about its residents. The water is frequently shut off without warning, the WiFi is spotty, the air conditioning is sometimes shut off, and the elevators are often limited for construction purposes. The building has been undergoing renovations throughout the past two years I’ve lived here. Rates increase for the next year at a fast rate to force residents to renew. You can live in a one bedroom, locally owned apartment for a fraction of the cost of rent. Ignore the positive reviews—they’re left by leasing office workers.
