DOUBLED RENT FOR RENEWAL We’ve been living in one of Campus Realty’s apartments for the past year, and our experience has been terrible. When it came time to renew for next year, they suddenly DOUBLED the rent with no real explanation. No improvements to the property, no added value. Just a massive price hike out of nowhere. What’s even more frustrating is that they won’t negotiate at all. We tried to have a reasonable conversation, but they were completely inflexible. It feels like they’re taking advantage of current tenants. This kind of pricing is completely unreasonable and honestly unfair. If you’re considering renting with them, be aware that your rent could skyrocket without warning when it’s time to renew.

I had a great experience renting from Campus Realty. They were always cordial and easy to communicate with whenever I had questions or needed clarification about anything. Maintenance was also super responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up during my lease. Overall, it was a smooth and positive renting experience

I've overall had a great experience with the Campus Realty staff throughout my stay on campus. If there was ever any maintenance issues, the maintenance personnel would respond immediately and fix the issue (like within a day or two). The front desk admin was always very accommodating whenever I came to the office (ex. for guest parking passes or sending any concerns up to higher management) and was always clear about days that they would not be available. I'd definitely recommend just stepping into the office to chat and get a feel for yourself, and I'm sure you'll be greeted with the same kindness that I've experienced all year.

I have loved living in a Campus Realty Apartment this past year. The staff goes above and beyond to address all concerns in a timely and professional manner, and they are efficient in fixing any and all maintenance requests. The quality of the apartment exceeds that of many others in the Ann Arbor area. I can't begin to count how many times I referred to my apartment as a "hidden gem" to friends and family. My roommates and I loved it so much that we referred friends to move in after our lease (unfortunately) ends. So many positive things to say about this company!

I thoroughly read through all the reviews... seems like almost all of them have more to the story that isn't mentioned...and due to privacy rules the company can't properly defend itself...as a landlord to several houses with responsible adult tenants, I still come across issues where damage is done to my properties...I can only imagine the college tenants activities in a house they don't own. We have a Campus Realty lease set to start in August...the office staff has been wonderful to work with and responds quickly to any inquiries. UPDATE: September 20, 2022. They are still awesome!
