Kate was absolutely amazing. We love how efficient she was touring and explaining housing on the campus. She has a great personality and is super funny. She made us feel very welcomed. Best tour guide! Fieldstone is lucky to have her!

Ryah was very helpful with touring and arranging my lease last minute. She helped make the move in very easy and made sure everything I needed to sign the lease was ready and efficient. The staff were all very nice and welcoming, can’t thank them enough.

I cannot recommend Fieldstone Artisan Graduate Housing enough, specifically thanks to the incredible support from Ryah. Applying for graduate housing can be stressful, but Ryah truly went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly for me. Last week, I ran into some frustrating technical issues while trying to submit my application. Ryah didn’t just give me generic advice; she took the time to personally troubleshoot the application with me until the problem was completely resolved. Her patience and expertise during that process were invaluable. Beyond the application, her communication has been top-tier. She followed up promptly to help coordinate with the University registrar and made sure every detail of my enrollment was confirmed. It is rare to find this level of dedicated, personalized service. Ryah is a massive asset to the Fieldstone team, and I hope management recognizes the extra effort she puts in to take care of future residents. Thank you, Ryah!

tldr; The apartment, amenities, and location are nice, but the management team is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, making it a waste of money to live here. The staff has an extremely bad attitude and don’t seem to understand that their job is to help the residents who are paying rent to live here. My roommate decided to drop out of grad school and found an undergrad to take over her lease. I had questions about the lease takeover process and reached out to management multiple times through emails and calls, sharing my concerns about living with an undergrad when I had specifically chosen grad housing. Lexie kept giving me canned responses instead of addressing my specific questions. After several emails, they finally assured me that roommate matching would be done and asked me to submit my preferences. The same undergrad my roommate had found ended up moving in anyway. Gloria and Lexie lied to me numerous times, telling me this person was placed in the apartment because they’d been affected by the fires; that was simply not true, they had moved in from the dorms. They also lied about doing any roommate matching despite telling me they would. The undergrad roommate effectively turned the apartment into a hotel. Her two sisters weren’t just visiting; they stayed for months at a time and had effectively moved in for good, on top of her friends and boyfriend coming and going, all without ever asking for permission or informing me beforehand. There wasn’t a single period that semester where she was the only one living there. I signed a lease to live in a shared apartment with one other person, not a revolving door of people, and reached out to Fieldstone numerous times about it. Nothing was done. All they offered was setting up a meeting between me and my roommate, as if I hadn’t already talked to her multiple times and wasn’t reaching out to management as a last resort. The management isn’t just unhelpful; they waste your time with pointless “solutions” instead of actually resolving issues and addressing repeated lease violations. Talking to Lexie was a complete waste of time. The only person able to actually help me was Ryah, but it shouldn’t take going through three different people to get Fieldstone to enforce their own lease. I chose to live at Fieldstone despite the high cost as a student because I care about having a good living situation, but management doesn’t care about resident experience at all, only about making money. Do not waste your money living here. I’ve also had horrible experiences with management around move-out. I had an early morning FedEx pickup and needed to borrow a bin overnight. They wasted so much of my time over this simple request; the bin was borrowed after the office closed and returned first thing in the morning, so it’s not like other residents couldn’t use it. The way they reacted, you’d think I’d asked for their firstborn child. Ryah was ultimately able to help, but I shouldn’t have had to go through three people just to borrow a bin. They seem to forget their job is to help residents who are paying an obscene amount of rent to live here. The staff (with the exception of Ryah) is unprofessional, untrained, incompetent, and shouldn’t be in any sort of customer-facing role. The positive reviews here are from people who toured but never actually lived here. If you do decide to live here, don’t waste your time interacting with any staff other than Ryah.
