West Towne, ames-ia

Recently I had a tour of a studio apartment at West Towne. Ursula was polite, organized and friendly, not overfriendly, but genuinely friendly. They shared the information that I needed in a professional manner and with honesty and had the details compiled in a file. I have lived at West Towne before for a couple of years and never had a single issue with the apartment or the staff. Great experience!

If you are still looking for an apartment for next year, I would highly recommend West Towne! As a resident who has lived here for the past 3 years, I had nothing but a positive and enjoyable experience- Brooke, Jenae, and Thad were very quick to help answer any questions or resolve any maintenance requests I had! The amenities are also a nice addition to the lease- the tanning bed is such a nice bonus, especially during the winter! The apartments are modern and updated, and you truly cannot find a better place to live for the price point. I have loved every minute of living with Haverkamp Properties and cannot begin to recommend them enough!

Lance is awesome!!! He never fails to get the job done and does it so well!! Very timely service and instead of just fixing my broken microwave, he gave me a whole new one! Much appreciated and very impressed! He always leave a nice note to let me know what was done and if it is complete.

Had a tour with Katie, and she was very friendly, honest, and professional. She answered all my questions and gave me an abundance of information. Overall was a great tour!

Maintenance is super fast and efficient! I placed a work order in the system and it was completed within an hour. No mess left behind and pleasant conversation while the technician was there. I can’t say enough great things about this wonderful team and place to call home.
